Hey there I got some new teams for you

1) https://pokepast.es/9cbf9f6540b6bf45 - Double chlorophyll sun. This sun team uses banded Entei and specs Heatran as the fire type breakers in sun and Venusaur and shiftry as the double chlorophyll sweepers which can clean late game. Shiftry is physical and Venusaur is special. Lando is there to defog and toxicing everyones favourite annoying shit - Slowbro and pivot out and Torkal sets up sun, rocks can burn with plume. Ive got a ton of replays

I really wanted to use specs Zard sun in OU to abuse its disgusting power. I first played with Blaziken it was alright for a while but later it dissapointed and I switched to Entei. Chomp is the electric immune plus + psuedo sweeper and breaker. Venusaur does it usual thing and Corv defogs and Torkoal sets the sun. Here are some replays

3) Gravity Semi-Sand with Choice Banded Hippowdon sand + Choice Banded Excadrill - https://pokepast.es/31248625d19a029e
With this I am able to surprise a lot fat mons with Banded Hippo has Earthquake can give Toxapex a huge shock and sand damage can help ohko it. Fire Fang does a ton to Ferrothorn, Ice fang smacks Lando/Chomps/Dnites and stone edge is for Torn-t and to shock Alola tales on turn 1 if Alola tales goes for hail and Hippo lives an ice attack from tales unless specs ofc. You can run superpower to ohko annoying Blissey or Heavy Slam to have a chance to ohko clefable. Drill is banded to abuse gravity sand. Clef and Ferro are gravity setters and Pult provides speed control and Rotom wash is the defogger. Some replays

4) Taunt Spam with hazard stack - https://pokepast.es/b79e5598d97e307d
This team uses a very fast Aerodactyl the fastest rocker with taunt to set up rocks stop rocks and defogging. Mew knocks boots sets up spikes and ice beams the annoying Landos and Chomps. Taunt is a top 5 move in this fat + set up meta. This torn-t is a cteam to all Garchomps, Dragonites and Volcaronas trying to set up. Fini has a chance of being a wincon with some chip with taunt and speed is for Dnite. Zeraora is the fastest taunter in the game + 3 attacks. Bisharp discourages defog. I've been in the 1700s with this team. This team uses taunt to stop recovery or set up attempts and forces switches and uses hazards to wear down fat. Some replays -

5) Remake of the old team with different sets - https://pokepast.es/23b6755f2837f38e.

I already posted my Sceptile Heat HO six months ago but I tweaked some sets on the sets because of the context of the ladder. Weavile is now SD instead of banded and life orb, Salamence has sub bc of how common toxic Lando is and is jolly and not naive with fire blast. Excadrill has toxic over rock tomb as toxicing fat like Slowbro, Zapdos and Lando is huge. My new peak with this team is 1822 surpassing my previous one of 1801.

So guys, have fun with these teams.
No shiftry in first team, thanks for teams btw.

:garchomp: :melmetal: :tapu Lele: :tornadus-therian: :ferrothorn: :rotom-wash:
Clicking on the team sends you right to the rmt

Pretty powerful BO around the physical offense core of sd chomp + pads melm. along with fsight and tornt+ferro+washtom chip, you use them to overwhelm the opponent for either a chomp sweep or a lele clean. aromatherapy lele allows more aggression into forcing progress early (i.e. pump on lando on its toxic with washtom, or knocking it off with tornt). vs stall abuse leles utility (if you can get its scarf knocked its even better) and melmetal's toxic to surprise shedinja and go ham. scarf lele is threatening a clean in p much every other matchup and is your end game mon most of the time, especially when there's a weavile. no weavile teams can get steamrolled by both lele and chomp bc they usually only need one/two mons removed/chipped.

GOAT Rain (Crawdaunt + Volcanion)

This has been my most favorite, consistent, and satisfying ladder rain builds for DLC2. I originally made this team for the sole pleasure of breaking the opposition into pieces with rains two most potent wall breakers. Don’t overthink while using this. My only request is to keep the nicknames. Enjoy!!!!

Note on Relaxed Zapdos: Relaxed is preferred over Bold to get the switch initiative on defensive Lando. Proper execution of this sets up positioning for one of the three rain breakers to get a free attack. Bold can be used outspeed Tapu Fini If the Volcanion vs. Tapu Fini matchup makes you uncomfortable. Just be aware you will lose this ability to exploit Lando.

:mienshao: :ferrothorn: :slowbro: :weavile: :zapdos: :garchomp:

Your bog standard Bulky Offense, but with a twist: it's built around AV Mienshao. Explaining Mienshao's niche would take far too much time, so I'm going to link afuyeas' post about Shao here for the curious, but TLDR: thanks to Regenerator and some EVs invested into HP and SpDef, Mienshao becomes a somewhat sturdy offensive pivot and can 1v1 a whole slew of OU's special attackers, such as Pult, Heatran, Scarf Blacephalon, etc. It's not going to be eating strong hits for days, but its enough for Shao to stomach a hit and either pivot to a teammate or make progress with Knock Off.

Ferrothorn and Slowbro form the defensive backbone and core for this team, as one would expect. I chose to use Colbur Bro for this team as I realized that my current setup was rather vulnerable to Weavile and Urshifu, and I wanted to experiment with it, in any case. Needless to say, it fit on the team like a glove, and I haven't looked back ever since. It fulfills the role of a Ground, Shifu, Buzzwole, and Heatran check well enough, with the added benefit of acting as a Weav lure. Try it out; you won't be disappointed with it.

Next in line is Weavile as a midgame breaker and occasional cleaner, with offensive Zapdos to support it with checking Corviknight, non-CM Tapu Fini, and Kartana. Kantonian Zapdos also serves as an alright check to Gapdos, which would otherwise run over this team with little to no effort. The lack of Defog hurts, especially with no other means of removing hazards, but some sacrifices had to be made, unfortunately.

Lastly, Garchomp is the cleaner and secondary Electric and Tran check. Stone Edge is to combat the influx of K-Zapdos, as well as managing to heavily dent and OHKO Corv and Tornadus-T with a boost, respectively. Not much to say here, Chomp does Chomp things, as it always has.

Ultra Gravity

This is an edit of an earlier version of Gravity Sand I posted. The trick here is to make Sand fun and battles short. It plays like an HO, so don't think too hard. Celesteela is the primary Gravity setter since you can bring it in early on most things that threaten Gigalith. Steel Beam is to get Excadrill in easier while doing big damage. Buzzwole is the necessary Ground-Resist and Slowbro patches up a lot of defensive holes. Future Sight + Band Excadrill is deliciously fun vs. opposing Buzzwole.

Couple informative replays for your viewing pleasure. This squad is more based than my usual rain stuff.

Royal RU

Have been perfecting this team over the past few weeks. The original goal was the terrorize low ladder but once I started beating great players and hitting 1800+ with a 77GXE I figured I should actually post some heat on the Bazaar. Gen 7 Bazaar was full of all kinds of low tier mons and weird sets... looking here I just see standard and kinda lame, no offense.

You may have VS this team on the ladder and felt bad about being stomped by full RU, but I'm an experienced player, especially with Hyper Offense and tested this team a lot, so don't feel bad. Also, as stated, I've caught some surprise wins vs some of the best players who ladder.

This team is just a pure flex on your friends and the ladder who don't expect the sets or how strong Necro, Stak, and Cloy really are.
You really won't catch a win vs solid Balance or Balance Offensive teams if they play well and especially if they've lost to it before.
This team is purely for fun, but you will win more games than you ever thought possible with RU mons in OU.

Also if anyone is trying that achievement where you win with full RU or under, here you go!

Breakdown:
Always lead Scolipede and click spikes and stack. Endeavor is basically a free kill on most mons but it takes some getting used to until you truly optimize it. Once you get the hang of it you'll fall in love with this set.
Only time u don't spike is vs lead band Urshi, band Melmetal, or Pelipepper, in which case u substitute.
Scoli is EV'd to barely live a surging or iron bash after a sub and then endeavor back to put these mons in range for late game.
Next go Necro if Urshi, you live from full and then get rid of the threat. If Mel send in Sharpedo.
Vs rain u sub up on the u-turn, or keep subbing until in 1% range, whatever works for you. It's a bit of a tough match up but Rain players aren't great anyway so it doesn't matter usually. Throat chop is there to 1v1 a Pult who is trying to set up, but also just a move that hits mons that have been endeavor'd. Only thing that can handle a throat chop is a def Mandibuzz w lefties, and that's a roll.

The next plays are up to you as a player really.

Stak is insane vs HO and often a late game win-con. You set up on Dragonite- Lando, Garchomp, Heatran, etc. Heat Crash is there for Ferro, Kart, and Scizor who would normally hard wall you. Not many people know Stak got Crash this gen and send these mons in with confidence and then click X. Gyro is usually 150bp coming off 397attack, at +1 you're OHKO'ing most of the tier. You set up on choice locked Lele as well.

Necro is so much more powerful than you would imagine, most players assume it's the autotomize M-beam set, and then wish it was. It's bulky even with no invest thanks to its ability. Lum is there for late game wins to set up on passive mons that try to cripple you, if you get to dance twice it's usually GG. You do heaps to unaware clef as well and easily 1v1. I started with Weakness Policy, but Lum is much more consistent and nice vs mons like toxic Lando, Pex, Zapdos, Bliss, etc.

Cloyster is hilarious. You sweep HO, hail and sand fold, and catch wins late game if sash is there, which it should be or you're playing the team wrong. You still need to use your brain but you also mindlessly click Ice Spear a lot and sweep. You need Jolly for scarf Kart. Liquid is there cuz you need to hit Tran and stuff like Tyranitar and Magnezone. Explosion is a recent addition, (Rock Blast is kinda terrible) just for Slowbro, Fini, and Pex who can cause problems when trying to sweep with Stak or Sharpedo. Also needed for Urshi and random stuff like Crawdaunt as you'll see in one of the replays I post.

Sharpedo is godly and strong as hell. Dark/Water coverage is nice in a Lando, Tran, Pult meta and many games have been won by blowing past a Ferro or Kart with CC. Protect is absolutely needed. Psy Fangs and EQ don't do much to pex anyway, and u just simply need the speed. This is how you handle rain as well, rain boosted waterfalls usually reverse 6-0 rain after u catch a ferro with CC. Waterfall over Liquidation for clean flinches that can catch you a W where you would've lost. Just an overall powerhouse breaker that punches big holes for Stak or Necro. Total glass cannon though, dies to a hard sneeze in it's direction.

Turtonator. Took me a long time to find a 6th mon for this team. Started with scarf Krok but it's UU so defeats the meme. After lots of testing I found Rilla and Mel were big annoyances, Rilla especially. Thankfully few players past 1500elo still use band Rilla as it's really not great, more on that later. Anyway I needed 1) a spinner/defog but really a spinner 2) a band Rilla switch-in and answer 3) a band Mel switch in and answer 4) a fire special attacker for Iron Def Corvi/Skarm and 5) a Kart answer. Turts the only mon I found that fits all these and RU or under. Honestly, this mon is mostly for Rapid Spin. You need Cloy to have sash in many, many scenarios. Turt can and has swept teams but again, mostly for Spin. Air Balloon is there for a free spin vs Lando, Tran, Chomp, etc. EV's are to live certain things like late game Urshi CC and a CC/BB from G-Zapdos from full. You can invest in all def if you want, it might be better, but I still enjoy some Spa for when I do get a smash up. Honestly, feel free to fill this spot however you want, but I went through a lot of pain to find a mon for this slot that works in all these scenarios lol. I had fun with Inteleon but it's just not as consistent, but again feel free to play around with this slot as needed. I've tried: Inteleon, Talonflame, G-Wheezing, Comfey, Metagross, Vileplume, Scarf Gardy, Scarf Indeedee, Doubleblade, uh all the spinners basically, Tsareena, Eldegoss, Starmie- many more tbh with mixed results. Turt feels the most consistent. I have swept with it as well which is super fun. PU mon going bananas is truly what Bazaar should be about.

I tested quite a few mons for this 6th slot and you can put really whatever there, but Turt fits really nice.

Threats:
Urshi if kept healthy is a menace, you can't protect with Sharp and revenge due to dumb dumb ability Unseen Fist.
Band Rilla is annoying but you can usually catch it with sash Cloy. Stak lives one from full and so does Necro.
Slowbro one of the few mons who can handle Stak at +1. Colbur is the most ran item on Bro these days so be wary of late game Sharp sweeps. Try to knock it with Necro or vice-versa to get rid of it. Or explode on it.
Mel can be a pain due to bulk but if you can get it in CC or Brick range you're all good.
Regieleki just shreds, especially specs volt switch. Try to get it gone asap- Necro and Turt can eat one hit, or get TR up. It still outspeeds Cloy after a smash.
Other than that just, as stated, good players with solid teams. You really have to play well to do good post 1700 vs these players.
Below are just a bunch of replays, you may notice some good players among them, and some really cool battles.
I highly recommend watching a lot of these to get a better feel for the team unless you're already a great HO player.
1920elo and 77.5gxe is my peak but this is about what you can expect if you play this team to perfection.
Mons.PNG

Replays in no particular order besides time. Earliest ones first then as you go down you'll start to see Turt who I think really pushes this team past meme into kinda good, but if you can find another spinner that's RU or below, can switch into Mel, Rilla, Kart, and handle Iron Def Ferro/Corvi then please let me know. Ground would be nice but I'm kinda tired of testing the 6th slot, Digg might work. Also you can just mix and match some of these sets into your own team. Any feedback is nice but honestly I've asked a few top builders and there doesn't seem to be much room for improvement, but I'm also open to feedback. I will begin working on a new RU team soon, or keep perfecting this one.
Honestly some of these replays are just a treat and if I had more time I'd make a YT channel lol, but there are some top notch replays of RU mons smashing the most obnoxious OU mons of gen 8, so enjoy :)

Thank you everyone and enjoy!

:kartana: :magnezone: :tornadus-therian: :landorus-therian: :weavile: :tapu-fini:

Magnezone + Kartana Bulky Offense
This is a bulky offense teams with the solid core of Magnezone+Kartana.

Magnezone: Magnezone's magnet pull allows it to trap and eliminate steel types like Ferrothorn and Corviknight that give scarf Kartana and SD Weavile trouble. If the opponent has only physical attackers and no healthy grounds, it may even sweep.

Kartana: Choice scarf Kartana is a great cleaner after steels are removed. If it gets a KO and kart checks like Corv and Zapdos are down, it can very easily sweep. It feels very satisfying to nail scarf users who think they have you beat.

Weavile: SD Weavile is a strong wallbreaker. Beware of rocky helmet users.

Landorus-Therian: Lando sets up rocks and is an excellent pivot with great utility.

Tornadus-Therian: Torn is a very relaible defogger and pivot. It's ability regenerator gives it much better longevity.

Tapu Fini: Tapu Fini is a check to Dragapukt and Urshifu, which this team struggles with otherwise. It can easily set up calm mind on passive mons like Clefable and Toxapex. Beware of strong physical attackers like Kartana and Zerora.

:primarina: :landorus-therian: :heatran: :weavile: :slowbro: :tangrowth:

This is a Heatran + Landorus-T balance team with a niche breaker in Primarina. Weavile is fast, a good sweeper with SD and Ice Shard is often useful. Tangrowth and Slowbro form a potent defensive Regenerator core. Tangrowth supports its team with Sleep Power/ Stun Spore and Knock Off. Slowbro generates momentum with Teleport and supports the wallbreaking effort with Future Sight. Primarina is a VERY strong wallbreaker with Specs especially when Torrent is active.
Landorus can sponge physical hits, remove hazards and pivot out with U-Turn. Heatran sets rocks, checks Tapu Lele and can remove problematic mons with Magma Storm and Toxic. Lastly, I couldn't decide whether to run Sleep Powder or Stun Spore Tangrowth, so I made two versions of the team. Shoutout to Pink Candies for helping me build this team.

Sleep Powder Version (no nicknames): https://pokepast.es/9a4bdfa0e745f3d9
Stun Spore Version (no nicknames): https://pokepast.es/1ed2730834c63d6c

Sleep Powder Version(with nicknames):https://pokepast.es/096924b2e03bbe27
Stun Spore Version(with nicknames): https://pokepast.es/5961aa3b73c15705
Note: The nicknames were from a name rater website.

:primarina:
Primarina: Primarina is a strong bulky wallbreaker that can come in on Heatran and generate momentum. Primarina is my favourite mon, as evidenced by my Profile Picture, so I'm very happy to be able to use it well in OU.

Slowbro brings in Primarina safely with Future Sight + Teleport. Teleport brings it in safely and Future Sight helps break through checks like Toxapex. Be wary of faster attackers like Tapu Koko, Rillaboom, Kartana, Nidoking and Artctozolt that can outspeed and KO Primarina. Primarina can take out many of the tier's walls/tanks, such as Buzzwole lacking thunder punch, Corviknight, Kommo-O, defensive Dragonite, Skarmory, Clefable, Mandibuzz,Toxapex etc. Beware of knock off users like Weavile and Toxapex ,as losing Specs greatly hinders its offensive capabilities. Due to it's high Sp.Def and excellent typing, it can also check various special sweepers such as Galarian-Moltres(if rocks are not up or it is not at +2) , Volcarona(lacking giga drain), special Seismitoad(if it does not have specs) etc. It hits 210 speed with the given evs and nature. It hits even harder after torrent activates.

:landorus-therian:
Landorus: This is a Sp Def Landorus variant. The EVs let it outspeed most Heatran variants. It can sponge physical hits with intimidate, pivot out with U Turn. It can also remove hazards with defog. Toxic is useful to hit opposing walls and rockers. Earthquake is STAB. It forms a strong core alongside Sp Def Heatran. It works well with Weavile as they both wear down each other's checks. Beware Weavile and ice type coverage.

:heatran:
Heatran: Heatran is the king of the tier for a reason. It checks Volcarona and Dragapult fairly well. It can set rocks quite reliably vs mons it walls. It pressures common defoggers like Corviknight, Mandibuzz and Zapdos. Toxic wears down Heatran's switch ins Hydreigon, Tyranitar and Slowking and helps beat Blissey. Earth Power hits opposing Toxapex and Heatran. Tangrowth works well with it, it can check Garchomp, Swampert and many other ground types. Beware Garchomp, opposing Landorus-Therian, and offensive water and fighting types.

:weavile:
Weavile: SD Weavile works well with Heatran and Slowbro. Heatran set rocks and pressures its fairy and steel type checks. Slowbro brings it in for free with Teleport and helps wallbreak with Future Sight. Ice Shard helps it revenge kill weakened Dragapult, weakened Hawlucha and Scale Shot Garchomp. Knock Off is useful as it removes leftovers from its defensive answers. It can set up mons it scares out like Galarian Slowking and Landorus-Therian, as well as offensive threats like Garchomp and Choice Locked Dragapult. After some chip, at can beat checks like Clefable, Corviknight, and Toxapex. Beware of Rocky Helmet users like Ferrothorn and Buzzwole.

:slowbro:
Slowbro: Regenerator lets Slowbro sponge most physical attacks and pivot out. Future sight helps in the wallbreaking effort. It works excellently with Weavile and Primarina. Colbur Berry and body press lets it ko weavile after living a knock off. Slack off lets it heal reliably. Beware of strong special attackers like Tapu Lele and many others.

:tangrowth:
Tangrowth: Tangrwoth consistenly checks ground types like Garchomp and Landorus-Therian. It can check breakers like Urshifu and Bisharp, that the team struggles to check otherwise. Rocky Helmet seriously punishes U-Turns and Surging Strikes. It effectively wears down opposing special attackers. Knock Off and Sleep Powder are great support moves. Stun Spore may be used as it is more spammable and reliable. Beware of strong special attackers.

:ss/garchomp: :ss/magnezone: :ss/tapu lele: :ss/volcarona: :ss/skarmory: :ss/toxapex:

The team is built around AV magnezone + Volcarona and hazard stacking. AV magnezone is normally difficult to fit due to the contradictory nature of its main beneficiary, volcarona, obliterating virtually all steels not named heatran. However, since it still removes corviknight, it is able to effectively aid in a second form of support for volcarona, hazard stacking. Tankchomp is a pretty great pokemon due to its solid offensive presence combined with excellent chip damage from stealth rock, toxic, and contact punishment, but it is severely held back due to being completely stuffed by corviknight. Remove that issue and it becomes a much more solid pokemon. Lele completes the Volc/Chomp/Lele core which has already shown itself to be effective on offensive teams, providing speed control, psychic terrain, and breaking ability against teams whittled down by spikes. Skarmory provides a ground immunity, spikes, and being a brick wall to physical attackers. It doesnt need to worry as much about checking tapu lele since AV mag can already check it decently decently due the team's 3 great fighting resists. Toxapex can lure heatran, provide emergency pivot support, and generally scout threatening attackers while spreading knock off and scald burns.

Overall this team is pretty solid, and I especially recommend it if you dont want to use lando-t.

(Shoutout to Pinkacross for suggesting I post this)

:ss/Toxtricity: :ss/Tapu-Fini: :ss/Tornadus-Therian: :ss/Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: :ss/Landorus-Therian: :ss/Ferrothorn:

There I was, just sitting on a bench thinking how cool the Tapu Koko Urshifu pair was and how sad the fact that Tapu Koko had lost hidden power ice for the supper popular spedef Landorus-Therian, and then it hit me. What if Tapu Koko was able to break through Landorus as well as through almost all current common walls?? It would definitively be broken right??. Enter Toxtricity with Choice Specs and Urshifu the coolest combo I have thought of in a long time.

Small description of the team and sets

The main idea of the team is the one mentioned above. Allow Toxtricity and Urshifu to come in versus their checks with their pivoting capabilities and wreak havoc on the opponent's defensive core.

Toxtricity

This thing is a monster. It can beat all the grounds types in the tier since the only ones to resist its stabs is Excadrill and pokemon with the same typing which don't have reliable recovery. This mon always forces the spedef walls of the opponent like Blissey and Slowking-Galar because if they don't have one of those you are surely going to get a lot of value getting it in.

Tapu-Fini

You know I said Blissey could wall your Toxtricity?? Enter trapper Tapu Fini. This is a pretty cool set I have been messing around in this month to great success. It's able to check the offensive water types like Urshifu and Barraskewda while having the ability to check Dragapult and Blacephalon. Try to use it either to break stall builds or to trap annoying walls and keep it healthy if you face an opposing Urshifu or a rain team.

Tornadus-Therian

This pokemon is the defogger of the team and the main pivot of the one. It's just meant to knock off opposing items pivot onto opposing pokemon and just be annoying for them to deal with it. Just use it to pivot onto big treats like Kartana and Dragapult and defog the hazards that might annoy your game plan.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike

The other member of the offensive core of the team is next. I have gone with a Choice Scarf since the team laked some speed control and it didn't really need the high damage output. Ice punch is for revenge killing things like Garchomp and Dragapult since the team is a bit weak over time to those mentioned threats.

Landorus-Therian

The most used pokemon in the current meta is next. It is meant to get slow u-turns versus opposing Landorus and allowing the big guns to come in. This spread is meant to take on Garchomp a bit better since the spedef is not really needed to be maxed due to the match-up versus Tapu Koko being solved by it and Ferrothorn. I went for stealth rocks over defog on here since the hazard stack allows Toxtricity and Urshifu to break way better.

Ferrothorn

The last pokemon in the team is the needed Tapu Lele check and the spikes setter. I went for this spread to take on Arctozolt better since the only pokemon able to take it on on this team is Urshifu since it outspeeds and can treat it with an OHKO. Power Whip is necessary since the match-up versus Calm Mind Tapu-Fini is not really good and the last move is Body Press to have a better match-up vs Bisharp and Weavile to treat them with an OHKO.

This team does have weaknesses in the form of Volcanion and the Kartana match-up if they ever kill your Tornadus-Therian. Try to play aggressive versus the first one and keep your Tornadus healthy at all costs if you face Kartana.

If you guys have any feedback on how to make the team better I would greatly appreciate it.

Have a great day you all and thanks for reading me!!!

Updated version of gen 8 OU stall:

:jirachi: :skarmory: :clefable: :gastrodon: :toxapex: :hydreigon:
(previously Shedinja over Jirachi)

This updated version of the team improves two match ups: 1) Specs Hurricane and 2) combinations of sand / hail + Lele (or any pokemon that should be kept in check by Shedinja). Hax coming from Jirachi and Wish support are also helpful.

This team is very strong, at least for ladder (it very rarely loses, even in high ladder) or room tours and literally gives free wins if you know how to use it.

Bulky offence with Banded Bisharp and Sp Def Nihilego.
Nihilego lures and knocks special walls to soften them up for Pult and Zapdos, while being able to keep rocks up vs common defoggers like Tornadus, Fini, Zapdos. It is also dissuades Hurricane spam, which can stifle mons that rely on it to break through teams.
Offensive Zapdos and Specs Dragapult can overwhelm teams together due to their speed, coverage and pivoting ability. Bisharp in particular loves to come in on mons that try to check these two, as free turns to spam banded knock offs are deadly. It has Steel Beam since it doesn't really need a fourth move but using this is an excellent flex that leaves the opponent confused and demoralised. Hydro Pump on Dragpult helps slam Heatran and Lando which Zapdos greatly appreciates. Having 4 mons that can pivot makes it easy to maintain momentum and bring Bisharp in as much as possible.
Colbur Slowbro since Weavile is everywhere, and Toxic Protect Lando for extra scouting + recovery. This team is very weak to Nidoking and Arctozolt though, so aggressive play is required to not fold to them.

Since you guys loved my previous team post I've decided to make another one to announce what I'm going to call the "Dump Month". If I see you guys like this post as well I will be posting one team each weekend for the next month. Without anything else to say let's get into this Kung-fu Clown team.

Small description of the team and sets

Future Sight plus Urshifu is a tech that has been used since the beginning of Dlc 2 so I didn't invent the weel there. The rest of the teammates are to help defensively with the offensive core weaknesses like for example Tapu Koko or Buzzwole. Blacephalon was added as a secondary hitter since it's pretty good at revenge-killing stuff and pressuring common defensive cores.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike

The Kung fu king is here. Nothing too hard to explain here since it's one-directional pokemon. The only thing I would like to mention is the reason behind the adamant nature. I went for it since the only relevant thing in this meta that you outspeed with jolly is Tapu Lele which you have a lot of counterplay to with the defensive background we have.

Blacephalon

The comedian is next. Nothing really new here just a bad joke. I went for scarf Blacephalon since the team was a bit to slow for my playstile but Specs Blacephalon is a good option as well if you can deal with faster things like Dragapult and Zeraora when you are in game. A really cool thing of Specs is that it can run Mind Blown to OHKO spedef Landorus which is a really cool thing to take into consideration if you go with the specs set.

Slowking

Tapu Lele weak?? What is that, is it an Oriental dish??. The team was pretty weak to opposing Nidoking and Tapu Lele as well as Volcanion so the next member of the team was guaranteed to be him. Try to use Future Sight with Close Combat to break through all teams that don't have a Shedinja which are non-existent outside of stall.

Tornadus-Therian

The bird is back on track. Since one of our breakers is weak to stealth rock and hazard stack is a hard playstyle to play versus so a defogger was necessary here. Heat Wave is a considerable pick on the team since it is a bit hard to play versus Kartana if you have been knocked off and there are Stealth Rocks up.

Landorus-Therian

Is it a dog, is it a plane? Nope, it is our Zerora and Garchomp check. Again nothing much to say here. The negative speed is forgetting the slow U-turns versus opposing Landorus while being faster than Crawdawnt. You could go slower than this but I find it unnecessary. Just try to keep it healthy to check Garchomp since it is a bit hard to switch into it otherwise.

Ferrothorn

A wild spike appeared. Kill it with eruption?? "Yes" "No". Our favorite spiky boy is the last member of the team. It is used to check Calm Mind Tapu Fini which otherwise can be really hard to switch into. Thunder wave was chosen since it can slow down threats for the rest of the team and can be helpful when facing a Kartana or just to annoy your opponent with a little bit of luck.

As always any feedback on the team is really appreciated so let me know if you have some changes you would make!!!

Have a great day/night you all and have fun using the team

S/o to CG12 for helping with the build bro you are a beast!!!

Pokepaste: https://pokepast.es/23701ad729c84506

It's been a while since I posted here. Anyways, this is a Koko Weavile Offense team I made a few week ago. I've been testing it and I've had quite a bit of success with it on ladder and in tournaments.

Anyways, let's cut to the chase.

:Tapu Koko:
Tapu Koko: This is the stock Tapu Koko set from the Smogon analysis. Koko forms a strong offensive core with weavile. Koko lures in defensive ground types like Sp.Def Lando. Weavile can come in these and set up. They can also wear down their shared check, ferrothorn over the course of the game. Koko also struggles with specially defensive mons like Galarian Slowking, Blissey, Hippowdon etc.

Tapu Cocoa (Tapu Koko) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
- U-turn
- Roost

:Weavile:
Weavile: This is a Swords Dance weavile set. It pairs well with Koko, as it scares out and sets up on Tapu Koko checks like Galarian Slowking and Landorus-Therian. It's an excellent late game cleaner. It struggles with Physically defensive mons like Buzzwole, Ferrothorn, Corviknight, Unaware Clefable etc. If you look at the mons that check Tapu Koko, you will see why they have such great offensive synergy.

Trickster (Weavile) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Triple Axel
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard

:Corviknight:
Corviknight: Corviknight forms an excellent pivoting core with Landorus-Therian. The Sp. Def evs let it live two Psychics from Specs Tapu Lele after rocks as well as two Shadow Balls from Specs Dragapult from full. You can put shed shell if you're scared of Magnezone. Rocky Helmet keys it punish weak U-Turns and Flip Turns from opposing pivots. Beware of electric and fire types, especially Magnezone if lacking shed shell.

Chivalry (Corviknight) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Roost
- Defog

:Landorus-Therian:
Landorus-Therian: Lando forms a solid pivoting core with Corviknight. It switches into electric attacks, while Corviknight helps check offensive psychic types(and Weavile) that overwhelm it. The speed EVs let it outspeed offensive Heatran variants. The rest are dumped into HP and Sp.Def for maximum bulk. Weavile appreciates it bringing it in safely with U Turn. It also is the team's Stealth Rock setter. Beware water and ice type attackers.

Anchor (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 164 SpD / 92 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- U-turn

:Tapu Fini:
Tapu Fini: Tapu Fini turns common defensive mons like Toxapex and Slowbro into setup fodder with taunt. It then sets up several calm minds and attempts to sweep. It provides the team with useful defensive utility in the form of fire, water and fighting resistances. Beware of Galarian Slowking as well as strong electric and grass attackers like Zerora and Kartana.

Shellfish (Tapu Fini) @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Def / 140 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Taunt
- Scald
- Draining Kiss

:Heatran:
Heatran: Heatran has great synergy with Landorus-Therian. It helps pressure common defoggers like Corviknight and Tornadus-Therian. It's a decent switch in to Tapu Lele though it fears Focus Blast. The Sp Def EVs let it check Volcarona, Dragapult and Tornadus-Therian. Magma Storm, Toxic and Taunt let it break walls like Toxapex, Clefable and Blissey.

Here are some replays of me using this team in a tournament:

Battle 1: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8ou-1520420745

Battle 2: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8ou-1520426959

Battle 3: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8ou-1520433761

Battle 4: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8ou-1520436795

The tournament had 36 players I think, there were supposed to be 5 battles, but one of my opponents was disqualified for inactivity.

Thanks you for reading about my team. I came up with the nicknames myself, by the way,

It’s a very balanced team I made and got me numerous win streaks. I start with polegeist and she’ll smash the life out of people. After him I usually just switch around until I’ve worn out my opponent. This team checks weavile and many stalls:)

Welcome to the Sword & Shield OU Bazaar! This thread is for a more casual team-sharing environment than the RMT subforum. Here are the guidelines:

1. Make sure you've playtested your teams if you're sharing them and looking for advice.
2. Provide an importable for your team and a brief description.

That's it! Here's an example post:

:ss/Dragapult: :ss/Melmetal: :ss/Ferrothorn: :ss/Landorus-Therian: :ss/Tornadus-Therian: :ss/Toxapex:

Yes, I know what I said before "I'll be making one post each month for this month" but some unexpected real live problems I wasn't able to post anything which doesn't mean that I won't be posting the teams. I'll be posting them during the next months whenever I have enough time to do it. Without more things to do I present to you all Ominus Bash

Small description of the team and sets

The idea of this team comes from me making a post in the Teambuilding Lab but since they closed that due to lack of motivation by the hosts I decided to give the concept of status spam with hex Dragapult a chance, and to great success, I ended up with this team. Its a really enjoyable team to use and I hope all of you like it

Dragapult

Don't shit your pants it's not spooky trust me. The speed tester of the team is the first pokemon of it his role is pretty simple just wait and pivot around the opposing team to try and get the pokemon with status moves to abuse your Hex move slot and do really big damage. With status on Landorus even you cleanly two-hit ko after two switch-ins to stealth rocks and a bit of chip before that so even tho it's weak at the beginning try to status your switch-ins to unleash your full power. Furthermore, the specs set can work so u have incredible power when using hex as well as the chance to drop Shadow Ball for something like Will-O-Wisp or Thunder Wave.

Melmetal

It's not the rock but it's still strong. As I said before you need to status the opponent to get the dice rolling so Thunder Wave Melmetal was a supper good partner. Status allows you to cripple switch-ins like Corviknight and Toxapex to potentially flinch them to their doom. As for the item I went for Leftovers over Protective Pads but I felt the recovery was too good to be passed on. Truth be told Pads allows you to spam Doble Iron Bash way easier versus potential Helmet users like Buzzwole or Garchomp.

Ferrothorn

It just wants a hug like all of us. Since one Steel type is not enough to check Tapu Lele the next member of the team was pretty clear due to its incredible defensive utility. I went for the Iron Defense Body Press set since Magnezone seems too troublesome to play around and this set can 1v1 it. If you feel comfortable versus it a potential Thunder Wave can be added over Iron Defense so you spam even more status for Dragapult.

Landorus-Therian

A dog that is flying or a dog on a ballon?? Top dog material was the next member of the team and its role is pretty clear, check Garchomp and Tapu Koko with its spread and phenomenal typing. Toxic is preferred over knock for what I've said multiple times get Dragapult to be the threat it is. The rest of it is pretty clear since it's the most used pokemon in the entire metagame.

Tornadus-Therian

Your target must be clear so no clouds can be on the way. Everyone's favorite defogger is the next member of the team, its role it's pretty simple to try to pivot around to get in the big threats and check potential Swords Dance Kartana otherwise, it's pretty hard to deal with. Heat Wave is mandatory here to deal with the Steal types of the tier.

Toxapex

Even the hardest wall can be broken with "Determination" but I'm not a wall, I'm a sea urchin. Since the team was a bit weak to Ursifu and Blacephalon and Dragapult the bulky water of the team seemed to be obvious. Potential toxic spikes set could be nice as well to punish switch-ins furthermore with status although I find Scald to be more consistent doing that job.

As always any feedback on the team is really appreciated so let me know if you have some changes you would make!!!

Have a great day/night you all and have fun using the team

This team needs no introduction. Everybody and their mother knows sand is completely busted and Excadrill will inevitably sweep at least half of the games you play on the ladder. This team has good synergy as Rotom-Wash provides a Gyarados answer while Clef is mainly there as a dragapult answer/ferrothorn lure. Corviknight provides a good answer to opposing sand Excadrill abusers, and surprisingly puts in a lot of work if in at the right time.

In my experience, this team struggles with darmanitan galar, the new dracovish, and rain teams. Rotom-wash + sand is this teams attempted counterplay to rain. Other than that, the team functions really well.

Life orb mixed pult would be better i think, with like shadow ball fire blast dragon darts and Hpump to lure landos

I have made several teams with niche, lower tier mons that I believe have niches worth exploring and I am here to shitpost about 2 of my absolute favourites. Starting with the one with overall less questionable pokemon:

Double Specs Exploud
Importable: https://pokepast.es/913283b39324d049

Starting off with the core this team was built around,
:Exploud::Keldeo-resolute:
Exploud, although not having the strongest boomburst in the tier, still finds a niche in the tier over the mon who actually has it in toxtricity with better bulk, coverage, ability to hit ghost types with boomburst, and defensive typing with it's immunity to ghost. The first of which allowing it to take at least one big hit per game as long as it isn't a cc. The coverage allows the loud, purple piece of shit to have one wall, a fat, pink piece of shit: blissey. Now if only there was a lower tier, specs using mon that was able to cleanly ohko blissey whilst maintaining momentum for it's team.

252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 750-884 (105 - 123.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Oh.

Keldeo is able to merc opposing blissey with secret sword and maintain momentum with flip turn, whilst slowing down opposing offence and hitting many mons that it would otherwise struggle with super effectively with icy wind, with an alternate option for scald/surf in order to have actually reliable water stab.

The rest of the team is pretty much standard fare apart with tier kings weavile and lando-t, and a tornadus to defog, and then there is a spD aegislash, able to check lele, lure and weaken weavile with king's shield and toxic, as well as just genuinely being fun to use overall.

Now for the truly questionable stuff, and the only team where I have given all of the mons nicknames for a weird joke:

Scarfkou + Sirfetch'd breaker
Importable: https://pokepast.es/abcd685945dc3695

When I said this was questionable, I meant it. This team works on the core of a cleaner with scarfed raikou, able to outspeed several sweepers post setup, and the [immensely fragile] sirfetch'd able to hit any and all ghosts with its stab close combat, and 2hkoing lando-t with brave bird.
:raikou::sirfetch'd:

The rest of the team is, again, standard fare, apart from twave on ferrothorn which actually allows sirfetch'd to outspeed dragapult after it gets para'd. Corv and lando exist to defog and set rocks respectively, and specs pult is tagging along ig because I wanted an "all choice items" meme. This team is really old, made before kyurem got banned I believe.

In conclusion, I make dumb shit, you should use it.

I wanna share this team which has gotten me to over 1600 elo and maintained it for some time consistently

:tornadus-therian::ferrothorn::slowbro::rillaboom::weavile::garchomp:

As you can see, this team has no hazard removal. The idea of this team is 'either you remove hazards for the both of us or we will both die to hazards. Your choice.' Essentially, this is how John Constantine would play this game, probably. Weavile is the main revenge killer and win condition supported by a defensive core of Ferrothorn, which checks half the tier, and Garchomp, which handles Heatran and Volcarona. Tornadus provides some utility and with taunt, it annoys nearly every wall in the tier and can even 1v1 Toxapex. Rillaboom was added to the team because it was still quite vulnerable to yache Garchomp. If I run into it, my team is as good as dead. Lastly, the team was still very vulnerable to close combat spam so I decided to add Slowbro in to make Urshifu as miserable as possible

:ferrothorn: + :garchomp:

After my Kommo o team performed successfully, I decided to build another team. When I was looking thru the vr to see what kind to build, I didn't know what to do. So I decided to just go fuck it and put these two on. Garchomp and Ferrothorn is essentially my go to core because they are just that reliable at keeping stuff at bay and more importantly, stacks hazards for my team, which is my preferred playstyle now, hazard stacking team because I lost too many battles due to scale shot rng

:ferrothorn: + :garchomp: + :weavile:

After these two, I decided to add in Weavile simply because I haven't used it that much yet. As it turned out, it perfectly compliments the core as both can easily wear down Melmetal and Kartana thanks to hazards and their contact abilities

:ferrothorn: + :garchomp: + :weavile: + :tornadus-therian:

Next up is Tornadus. This mon was only chosen because of regenerator. Even though my team is somewhat safe, it is still quite vulnerable to Dragapult. I have to play guessing games with it if I don't want to get screwed over by it so as such, Tornadus was the best choice. It has taunt, it can destroy Kartana and more importantly, can scout out Dragapult and if healthy, even strong mons like Blacephalon and Lele

:ferrothorn: + :garchomp: + :weavile: + :tornadus-therian: + :rillaboom:

For this slot, I decided to add in Rillaboom and there the story of how it ended up here is a bit funny. When I was building this team, it was raining and I was upset about it because I hate rainy days. As I was cursing the rain, I realized that rain teams can be a bit of a pain in the ass so I put in the one pokemon that truly makes rain teams miserable, Rillaboom. This worked perfectly as all I had to do was get rid of whatever bird a rain team has, which isn't too hard given my team, and it would be helpless against gorilla. Because of drain punch, I can manfight Ferrothorn and everything else on a rain team would not survive grassy glides. It also ended up satisfying my own anger about the damn real life rain because it was so fun making rain teams miserable. It kinda makes me wish Kyurem was never banned

:ferrothorn: + :garchomp: + :weavile: + :tornadus-therian: + :rillaboom: + :tapu lele:

Finally, I added in Tapu Lele. In the first incarnation of the team, I kinda felt that it lacked that much immediate firepower and since I have no hazard removal, Blacephalon wasn't an option. I decided to put in Lele for that reason and also because my own hazards would wear down its checks really fast. However, I threw that idea out the window because I didn't really need Lele at all. It adds very limited defensive utility and my team is completely foolproof against Garchomp so it got the boot

:ferrothorn: + :garchomp: + :weavile: + :tornadus-therian: + :rillaboom: + :rotom-wash:

Another reason why I decided to get rid of Lele was because of Melmetal. My team doesn't really want to switch into Melmetal seeing as Garchomp is specially defensive so something that could resist it was needed. Turns out, Rotom was near perfect for that role as it can burn Melmetal, provide me more switch move, and in keeping with Rillaboom, it made rain teams truly miserable. This incarnation of the team did very well except it had one major flaw, close combats. Even though I have two checks to Urshifu, it's very difficult to stop its banded cc because relying on Tornadus to take it isn't reliable and trying to kill it with hurricane is even worse than scale shot rng while Rillaboom cannot take a cc at all. As such, Rotom had to go

:ferrothorn: + :garchomp: + :weavile: + :tornadus-therian: + :rillaboom: + :Slowbro:

Which leads to this final incarnation of the team. It was kinda sad to get rid of Rotom but the vulnerability to close combat was just too big to ignore. With Slowbro on the team, I can better handle opposing Garchomps and still be able to get momentum because of teleport. It also provided the team with more firepower in the form of future sight. While my Garchomp does pressure opposing Buzzwoles, it's not truly ideal since it has a busy job of putting down rocks. Slowbro essentially allows the team from being somewhat annoyed by Buzzwall due to lack of cc switch in to using it as free future sights. More importantly, Slowbro still keeps Rotom's job of making Melmetal as miserable as possible
