(also i have no room for both knock off and pursuit on weavile but this isn't about that)
yeah, i stole it off of that branflakes guy's alomomomomola rmt from forever ago and it's pretty sex, completely wrecks stall (nd knocking off goth's scarf/specs bullshit when they switch in is the most satisfying feeling)That actually sounds pretty cool. I mean it has other options like Stored Power / Heal Bell / Flamethrower but it's probably the last thing I would expect from Clefable.
tadaI would like to request a team surrounding Specs Latios
:]tada

Seems like a cool core and i would really like to see both of those Pokemon in action, but i think bulky or hyper offense is better for those guys as Klefki sucks on stall and Gourgeist-Small lacks reliable recovery, so it's not sturdy enough for defensive teams, especially without cleric support. But on offense, Klefki soft checks most sweepers with Thunder Wave, fucks up many Defog users with Toxic and Play Rough, and sets up Spikes for Gourgeist to take advantage of. A solid Clefable counter is a must too, as MG Clefable is a royal pain in the ass to Gourgeist.Welp uh i'm got bored tryna make semi-stall :/
Mostly tried to build around this cancer somehow.

basically set spikes and spinblock exca :/ aside from the crippling fire weakness these two synergize ok, with klefki being able to switch into hyper voice from mvoir and pumpkin tankin ground moves. Key is the only spikes user to beat lati 1v1 which is rly cool, and gourgiest-small spreads passive damage like a total bitch. speed evs let it burn everything kyu-b and slower, which is a gigantic amount of shit, and it counters diggersby, breloom, and excadrill and can check other stuff like azu and lando-t. It's a rly underrated and imo effective on the right team kinda mon.
replays of pumpkin (and the team as a whole) being "effective"

Welp uh see what u can do? idk this core is kinda helpless but I'm as bored as KratosMana so whatever.

Lack of offensive presence on two Pokemon is definitely a problem for HO, so a more balanced or bulky offense approach may be the way to go. Tyranitar + Excadrill is a good choice for hazards control, and don't discount offensive Starmie, it's a really good spinner. The problem that then arises is that you need a spinner to reliably get rid of hazards and obviously keep up your own, which leaves you just reflect type starmie basically (mblastoise works for my team cuz its a rly select team, and it does a lot that starmie cannot)
So you have a pumpkin, a starfish, and keyring.
What part of this screams offensive as fuck :[[ you'd need a solid core of two nukes to annihilate the meta between them and then throw in some pivot/patch up mon which seems like a rly frail team to me :/
I thought about offense at first but the "core" members just lack so much presence its hardly worth it.
Aite my nigga, i wanna see u innovating. I challenge u to make a set / bring a pokemon that no one ever uses that does really well on the meta. Let's be honest here, niggas just use the same shit and abuse of garde n mew n gar n pinsir n exca n all that bull, so some new stuff would be amazin, specially since xy is endin and oras is coming. I don't want a mon that was already good on other gen and is just not used atm or some shit, like celebi with a standard set or somethin, i wanna see real creativity, and if you're as good at teambuilding as you say you should be able to do dis. I know its hard tho so ur choice my good fren :]
if this doesn't count as a legal request u can delete this post tho, i'm sorry if it is :[
Seconding this, and it's remarkably similar to the team I'm playing with now. I love using "ExcaTar" because, besides sand damage, Tyranitar and Gourgeist have gorgeous synergy together. If you run Smooth Rock support-Tar, they you have all your hazards too, and Excadrill sweeping time. Exca also acts as a revenge killer, and check to CMClef with Iron Head.Lack of offensive presence on two Pokemon is definitely a problem for HO, so a more balanced or bulky offense approach may be the way to go. Tyranitar + Excadrill is a good choice for hazards control, and don't discount offensive Starmie, it's a really good spinner.
Weavile @ Life Orb

illegal w/ low kickIf you're not using Knock Off on weavile, why not use Icicle Crash over Ice Punch if you don't mind the 90% accuracy?
quoting because relevant (might be premature but better stop it now before it goes out of control, amirite?)

there are some sub optimal sets out there too. for example BONGMASTER420 sub pup vic isnt that gud after trials cuz idk eh its kinda a situational set on a situational mon. i think id probs go band or some shit or like taunt uturn which i like quite alot
also last but not least newmeta wrath
secondary check to gyara is nice, gr8 for resisting dark for cress as well. also a keld counter unlike venu cuz scald aint shit. also a phazer in place of skarm
