I personally love how much effort/passion he puts into the game, even though I admit he often overdoes it. He had won like 80% of his duels, if I remember correctly.

That's like saying El-Hadji Diouf only spits at people because he cares. The man is evidently a fucking thug (and I agree with the general opinion that if Jordan had responded to what was frankly appalling provocation, he'd have had his arse tanned). It doesn't matter what stats he's got re: tackling (I'm going to assume that's what you meant by 'dueling..') when you run a fine line with the ref and then assault the other team's backroom staff. Who, ironically, used to play for Milan! Who knew!
How he wasn't sent off for grabbing him in the first place I don't know - I hope he's banned for an extremely long time. UEFA are looking at it now apparently. Add that onto the line he was running with the ref, number of fouls AC committed/bookings garnered and Flamini's terrible-sounding challenge and tbh, Milan came off as cunts. Spurs have gone up in my estimation a little bit.

The respect badge on Gattuso's sleeve makes that photo.

Arsenal - Barcelona tonight

I can't see Arsenal keeping Barcelona out especially with the likes of Koscielny in defence, but unlike last season Arsenal have a fit Fabregas and Van Persie and Barca are without Puyol. Barca always look very vunerable in defence when Puyol is out.

I think there is goals in this one 3-2 Barcelona

gattuso has always been one of my favorite players solely because of his incredible passion

this hasnt changed

and will never change

gattuso forever

I want Barca to be knocked out as soon as possible, that makes the CL more fun, otherwise Barca will win it for sure. If Barca reached the CL final last year that would've been decided. I really hate one-club dominance and I like fun competitions. The only clubs I like if they dominate the league for years are Ajax and to a lesser extent Liverpool.

I have never been so happy about an Arsenal victory. Wilshere was sublime, best player on the pitch, absolutely wonderful the whole game. Nasri looked a little off the pace but that's to be expected when his first game back is against Barca, and he set Arshavin up nicely when it looked like the chance was about to disappear. Cesc was bloody awful bar his one quality ball to Van Persie in the first half. Walcott... oh dear. Should be coming off the bench to run at tired legs really. Interesting how as soon as he came off Arsenal's forward play improved and Barca started looking shaky. The high line they played had me worried for the whole match, as their defence simply isn't good enough to pull it off well, and it could easily have been a loss if not for poor Barca finishing and Sczseny (god knows if I've spelt that right) being awesome. The commentators sucking off Barcelona was really irritating as well, because for every time a defence splitting pass puts one of them in on goal, they've spent ten minutes playing triangles between the midfield and defenders. How exciting. Until the last 20 minutes I was wishing I'd watched Roma/Shaktar instead.

i cant stand arsenal either.. but rather barca were gone.. then spurs knock arsenal out :P

Yeh fuck Barca... but then fuck Arsenal too. As a Spurs fan, i want Barca out the way ASAP, so we can win this cup without problems, and then Bale will come back to beat the shit out of Arsenal with his awesome play down the left. That would be amazing :P

RSC Anderlecht - AFC Ajax 0-3

0-1 Toby Alderweireld (assist: Christian Eriksen).
0-2 Christian Eriksen (assist: Toby Alderweireld).
0-3 Mounir El Hamdaoui (assist: Christian Eriksen).

Finally! I expected a big loss. Sure, Anderlecht played horrible, but still, Ajax was awesome.

Well, I thought Anderlecht were the better team, actually. They could have easily had a few goals, but Stekelenburg is awesome and kept out everything :)

btw Eriksen is brilliant.
