Firstly, Steelix doesnt learn FB. Secondly I found a good way to counter it:

@Steelix:

Ludicolo @ Leftovers
Modest@ 252/0/6/252/0/0
Surf
Ice Beam
Energy Ball
Substitute

Resists EQ, takes little from Stone Edge and hits back woth a Surf.

@Ludicolo

Shedinja@Focus Sash
Adamant
252Atk/252Spd
(Wonder Guard)
-X-scissor
-Shadow Sneak
-Toxic
-Will-o-wisp

Immune to all of your attacks, will eventually kill you with X-scissor.

@Arcanine

Heatran@Leftovers
Modest
252HP/252SpDef/4SpAtk
(Flash Fire)
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Dragon Pulse
-HP Electric

Special tank Heatran. Immune to your fire attacks, and resists Dragon Pulse. HP Water does 28.24% - 33.16% damage, a 4HKO. Heatran will have plenty of time to 2HKO you with Earth Power.

Blissey @ Expert Belt
Calm Nature
Standard EV Spread
~Softboiled
~Hidden Power Ground
~Ice Beam
~Sing

Because this is a common Blissey Set

@Machamp

Weezing@ Lum Berry

Bold 252hp/40def/216speed

Will-O-Wisp
Pain Split
Thunderbolt
Flamthrower

210 speed is just enough to outrun Machamp. Lum Berry heals his confusion for the first turn. Will-o-wisp will severly cripple Machamp and Pain Split/Tbolt/Flamethrower are enough to get the job done.

@Weezing

Heatran@Choice Specs
Modest
252SpAtk/252SpDef/4HP
(Flash Fire)
-Fire Blast
-Dragon Pulse
-Overheat
-Earth Power

I love this guy. He's immune to WoW and Flamethrower, and takes minimal damage from Thunderbolt (impish is a -SpAtk nature, I think you meant bold). OHKOs with Fire Blast or Overheat.

@Heatran

Snorlax@Leftovers (thick fat)

careful 252hp/252sp.def

curse
Earthquake
Rest
Body slam

the best heatran can work with is earth power or dragon pulse, both of which barely scratch him. Curses up and hits Heatran with a Nasty EQ.

yes, im so used to posting skarmory/gliscor i made weezing impish. thanks for catching that.

Machamp@ Choice Band
Adamant Nature
4HP/252Atk/252Def
Guts
-Stone Edge
-Thunder Punch
-Ice Punch
-Close Combat

If paralyzed, I get a guts boost, and wreck with Close Combat.

Lapras@Leftovers
Water Absorb
-D-Dance
-Waterfall
-Body Slam
-Ice Beam

Super-obscure mode, Go.
130/95SpDef defenses is pretty amazing, now that I look at it.
Water/Normal is unresisted and the paralysis will definitely help.

@Lapras

Empoleon@Leftovers
Calm
252hp/128def/128spdef
(Torrent)
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Brick Break
-Swords Dance

A slightly specialized Empoleon set...

Resists all of your attacks, can SD and kill with Brick Break, Restalking back it's health if needed.

bibarel@choice band
252hp/252def/4atk
brave-unaware
-super power
-roll out
-dig
-shadow ball

takes little damage from waterfall and ice beam, negates any dd's and is already slower so body slam won't affect to much. KOs with super power.

@ Number's bibarel

-Anything@Any item
im not an expert on evs so idk.
Adamant/Modest, your pick.
-anything
-anything
-anything
-anything/something

comes in on any of bibarel's moves for NVE damage, then can hit back with STAB anything, or you could be risky and try for an anything on the switch, which'll catch any incoming ghost/grass/steel types. 4th slot is for preference, sacrificing type-coverage for support.

Empoleon was first.

Gastly@Choice Specs
modest: 252 sp. attack, 252 speed.
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball
HP Ice

comes in on anything. 2HKO's with Thunderbolt

@Anything from StrangerDanger

Rayquaza@Life Orb
Adamant
252atk/36hp/216spd
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-EQ
-Overheat

Let's play Ubers!! I was inspired by the Rayquaza I'm EV training right now.

I'll assume you meant Gengar. By the way, what's up with HP Ice on Gengar? BallBlasting already hits everything neutral!

@Gengar: Hmm...
Gengar @Life Orb
Jolly: 252 252
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Energy Ball
Focus Blast

Switches in on a Thunderbolt, survives, and outspeeds with a OHKO Shadow Ball.

Chris is me: No. I meant Gastly. Thunderbolt from Choice Specs Gastly on that specific Empoleon does Damage: 61.83% - 72.58%, while it can't do anything to me in return.

And also you can't say that you switch in on Thunderbolt, you have to think of the worst possible situations and your Gengar is owned by my Gastly's Shadow Ball (Damage: 175.95% - 206.87%), so Gengar is not a counter.

(and HP Ice is just filler)

@Chris is me's Gengar:
Blissey@Leftovers
Bold 148 HP / 252 Def / 104 SpDef / 4 Spd
~Seismic Toss
~Ice Beam
~Thunder Wave
~Softboiled
The Special Defense helps against Focus Blast. Thunder Waves and Ice Beams Gengar into oblivion. Whatever.

@Great Sage's Blissey

Heracross@Choice Band
adamant 252att/252speed
Pursuit
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Megahorn.

Heracross can switch in safely, and he forces Blissey to get the hell out of there. Pursuit does over half her life with CB and Guts.
