can salamence switch in on a cb dragon claw off of 369 attack? If it can't then it's not a counter...

also, garchomp can't switch in on scarfmence's draco meteor off 350 sp. attack, so scarfmence's counter isn't a counter either. while these recent counters are faster, they die on their switching turn, and thus aren't counters. My salamence still stands.

dragons don't really counter dragons very well, because stab supereffective attacks off dragon-esque attack hurts too badly.
