OK, fuck you D.A. haters

Last year was his FIRST complete season...and he passes for 3700 yards and 29 touchdowns. WOW, THAT'S FUCKING MEDIOCRE. He took a team from 5-11 to 10-6....wow what a chump

Your right, he has some pretty damn good targets, but you don't just throw people like Charlie Frye in and win 10 games

His pro bowl qualifying season was overshadowed by a really important loss where he threw a couple picks trying to win the game, when he was the only one on our team that put up points in the first place

QBs take time to develop, and he had a promising first year...what the hell is your problem?

metalScyther, one can always go both ways on 'do the WRs make the QB or do the QBs make the WRs' argument, but come on, Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards are a pretty fucking incredible top two.

Green Bay at Detroit - It was no surprise Ryan Grant got shut down by Minnesota, but he has to be licking his chops at the chance to run against Detroit. Detroit will only win games this year by relying on offensive output rather than defensive stops, and the Green Bay D doesn't look like it's going to give them too much.

Good pick. Although i would not say that Grant was shutdown. Perhaps the offensive line.

I was at the Packers-vikes game lol right at the start of Grants 57 yard run some drunk vikes fan stands up with his cool Sharper jersey and is like "yeah bitches this is our house". lmao it was so funny but you had to be there. later he threw off his viking clothes into the crowd. overall great game to many penalties for me though. 1st and 33 was horrible though.

DA has potential, but he's gonna have to learn to settle down if he wants to have a consistent career. Too many ups and downs make a QB seem volatile, and gets them traded because coaches don't want to take the risk.

Last year was Jason Campbell's first complete season, and he threw for 2700 yards, 12 TDs, and 11 ints, with a 60% completion percentage with only one real elite recieving weapon (Cooley) and a second-tier speed WR (Moss), with mostly utter crap with the rest. All in 11 games. So (and extrapolation is never a foolproof method of analysis), that translates to something like 20 TDs, 16 INTs, 4000 yards. With *far* inferior recieving threats and an inferior offensive line.

And this is the same guy that people in DC want to bench for Colt Brennan.

Essentially, you cannot conclusively say Derek Anderson > Jason Campbell, and while I think Campbell is good, he's not a top 10 QB (yet). So to argue that Anderson is an elite QB at this point is an exaggeration.

It's fun to talk up our team but I don't think in all honestly any browns fan is trying to claim that Anderson is an "elite QB"...he's pretty young and like I said shit takes time to develop...I have big hopes for his game against the Steelers this weekend

Oakland got destroyed by an average Denver team. KC defeated Tom Brady. It's a no-brainer.

Am I disappointed. No, Disappointed doesnt fit in to how mad I am right now. the Bears blew it. I dont believe it. they had the 14 point lead and they blew it.

RUN DMC

Buffalo did well. Jacksonville aren't what they were last year, but Buffalo showed that they can go on the road and win.

Carolina couldn't have imagined coming out 2-0 Steve Smith-less.

too many turnovers for the Saints :( Reggie Bush has been doing well, I think it may have just been a sophomore slump.

lol Minnesota and Chicago.

The morning games today were probably the best set of games I can remember due to closeness. Every single game remained contested into the fourth except Giants-Rams and Titans-Bengals! This should be a really exciting season if the teams keep playing at this level.

maybe they should suspend steve smith for a little bit more

*whistles*

stupid bye week for texans already lol

this just in, play eddie royal every week

So fuck everything about that Chargers game.
Such a god awful call.

I cried for the first time since they lost to the Pats in the playoffs last year over that game

I'm a man's man, I only cry over football games

Death of family pets? Ha!

Chargers loss was bullshit, entirely because of a bullshit call. This is why NFL needs professional officials. That game /should/ be struck from the record or recorded as a chargers win. At minimum San Diego deserves an official apology from the NFL.

On an another note I am officially defecting from the Browns. I've thrown away my hat, and tommorow I will choose my new team. Seattle maybe, or the Saints.

That's two weeks in a row that Crennel settled for a pointless field goal. The worst part is the whole time, stupid fatfuck John Madden is agreeing with it, "Oh this is the right call, they definitely need to kick this field goal." And then lose by 4 points instead of 7? Brilliant John. Shut the fuck up.

the part that pissed me off most is that they were saying "Broncos are giving them a chance by going for two"
because 2 yards is so fucking hard to get.
Because the broncos should have even had a chance to go for two.
Because that call earlier when they didn't have replay.
Fuck that.
Chargers are so good and they're 0-2.

Best 0-2 team ever. Fuck last year's Giants, they were terrible in those first two games.

I cant believe i used to be a Broncos fan :I

Who do they face next? The Saints? Yeah, I dont think the bad refs and the extra luck will be with them for that game..

Reggie Bush is doing exactly as he's been doing -- he's a terrible runner but the best WR in the division behind Steve Smith.

I still agree with Crennel's FG call. Did you see the game? Neither offense could do crap so there was a pretty good shot they'd get the ball back with time to spare. A TD on the next drive then becomes a win, not a tie. Alternatively, the defense could afford to give up a quick FG and they'd still be in the game. The problem was ridiculously poor clock management, not the FG call.
