7:30 EST is the latest time I can stay =/. Library is closed, don't have access to a computer.
Edit: Might be able to beg my dad or tell him to do his stuff at the office, but he doesn't like that so... I'll see what I can do.
Edit2: Also by that time, I should have my EE done, and barring my physics, history, and/or math teacher being dicks, I should be free... I'll try my best to get my dad to stay at his office. If he does, I will probably stay til 8:30EST

You can't go to a friend's or even a cyber cafe?
THe nearest cyber cafe is unfortunately around 40 minute bus ride away. The bus that goes there, doesn't run on weekends =/.
I might be able to go to friends house, but I usually don't go to friends house in general.
Ya it would seem kind of lame to go to someone's house and use their comp lol. Do you have a cellphone, an iPod Touch or something else that may be able to use the internet? If not, pray to jeebus!

Guys don't worry. I'll probably be able to make it. Drafts are usually around an hour and a half right?
Each turn is like 1:30, so just multiply that by 12, and however many players wer're drafting and walla.
With the maximum time it's like nearly 5 hours but I've never seen a draft take even close to that, people usually have a pretty good idea who they're going to take before they get to it it - there's a lot of 5 seconds turns, people needing the whole clock is a rarity. An hour and a half sounds about right, give or take a bit.
i hate to be a douchebag but I am no longer certain I will be able to make that time... i would much prefer an afternoon time either saturday or even sunday. I know we are kinda set on this time but I know my floor at uni will be starting to predrink at this time for a huge party on my floor lol so yeah i will be way too tempted to join them.

Fine with me. This is the time where I usually go to the local university to use their computers for "study time". Cough.

8:30 EST = 5:30 PST also there are settings options to change your yahoo account to PST so that it is easy for you!
