Do I talk to the other Free Agents to make a team? Also, is Keldeo banned?

Yes, you need to talk with other free agents to make a team. If your team has 3 players, need to choose a captain, signing up, and then you have to wait til the tournemant begins. Then, this is the tiers. you need it to see which pokemon are banned ;) -> http://www.smogon.com/bw/tiers/ou
