Hey man what about me i started that also i am a huge fan of stall in lc so thats why i want recover grimer.

except that i submitted it (without having heard it from u)

anyway, Ghost/Dark Yamask looks really interesting

Alright, Ghost/Dark Yamask wins, with 15 votes, beating Magic Bounce Nosepass by like 8 votes. Go ahead and start discussing how this would impact the metagame now. I'll put up some discussion points and update the OP tomorrow, I need my sleep.

Foresight Meditite if real

Meditite @ Life Orb
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: attack/speed yada yada
Adamant
- FORESIGHT
- Drain Punch / HJK
- Bullet Punch
- ThunderPunch / Psycho Cut

- foresight on the ghost
- punch and/or kick the ghost
- ???
- profit

Well, clearly defensive Yamask would easily be the best way to deal with Meditite. He is immune to both STABs and Mummy will activate, removing Pure Power should he try to to use Thunder punch/Fire punch. Also, Yamask has access to Toxic Spikes, which he could set upon forcing out Meditite, making the hazard more viable(imo). His typing would also make Knock Off from Fighting types less devastating and make him(perhaps) a reasonable, general Fighting type check.

It would be interesting to see a team with Veno Shock/Hex and Yamsask with Toxic Spikes to take advantage of Meditite, especially since Yamask can learn Hex itself. This would make it very easy to deal damage to the switch-ins on Yamask after Toxic Spikes are up.

The lack of reliable recovery would allow offensive teams to wear it down eventually, especially after it has been Knocked Off, however I could see it being very powerful in the current meta, making Meditite a free setup for Yamask.

One thing thats interesting is Yamask now has access to STAB thief allowing it to take a Knock Off, then burn or steal an item the set I would probably run with Yamask would be:

Yamask @ Eviolite
Ability: Mummy
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Def / 44 Atk / 68 HP / 160 SDef
Relaxed Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball
- Pain Split
- Thief

Expect either it to be on every team, or for Meditite to be used alot less (or Expulso's set becomes popular). With virtually no weaknesses aside from Spritzee's Moonblast (and Snubbull's Play Rough, I guess.), it can wall a good majority of the meta. With Will-O-Wisp, STABs only resisted by Dark types, and Toxic Spikes in a meta where Defog Gligar isn't a thing, it should be very good. I would expect a set to look like this:

Yamask @ Eviolite
Ability: Mummy
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 156 Def / 76 SDef / 156 SAtk / 52 HP / 68 Spd
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball/Hex
- Dark Pulse/HP Fighting/Calm Mind
- Toxic Spikes/Knock Off

Will-O-Wisp is a requirement, as it burns physical attackers that can actually hurt its 21/27 physical defense with Eviolite. Shadow Ball is reliable, but Hex takes advantage of W-o-W or Toxic Spikes. Dark Pulse is second STAB, but doesnt bring much extra coverage, while HP Fighting insta-kills Pawniard. Calm Mind makes it a very bulky sweeper, making it untouchable on the special side and can burn things that can break through its mentioned 21/27 physical defense with Eviolite. Toxic Spikes works well with Calm Mind and Hex, letting Yamask easily stall Normal types and continue its rampage (it can also burn Fletchling). Knock Off is Knock Off.

The EVs give Yamask 21/27/21 bulk with Eviolite. It also gives Yamask 14 SpAtt, 21 after a Calm Mind. The leftovers EVs raises Spe by 1 point, I'll take it.

Now, the only huge flaw Yamask has is lack of reliable recovery (Pain Split plz). Spritzee is also very common, and beats Yamask pretty hard.

EDIT: tbh, Berry Juice seems tempting...
