The Most Embarassing Battle of my Life...

worst hax i have had is having aqua tail miss three times in a row, which ended my streak, but it does not compare to being sweeped by a castform

This reminds me of the time my Starmie died from Rotom in the Battle Tower. All I has left were my EQ, Body Slam, Curse, Rest Lax and a subseed Breloom with only focus punch as an attack. Thanks to lax Rotom struggled to death, but then I died to the Fearow's critical hit, which ignored all the curses I built up. Breloom quickly died after that.

To be fair, the Gyarados loss seemed pretty obvious to me. Just about everything OHKOs Gyarados with Thunderbolt. Lol. I'm not sure if the Critical Hit actually contributed to anything... but that still sucks.

Lets see... 10% chance to be frozen, a more than decent chance to be unfrozen gone unheard, then another 6% critical hit hax after the 9% chance that Hydro Pump would miss two times in a row.

I can assure you, this won't happen in a tournament. And if it does, the lucky guy ain't getting through the second round. Lol.

Wow, bad luck right there, man.

What exactly is the chance of defrost, because I've always wondered about that...

Usually I get defrosted on the first or second turn, but one time...

I forget exactly which Pokemon it was, but one Pokemon of mine was up against a Milotic that scored a freeze on me, and then died to Toxic. Then the opponent sent out a Shuckle, which killed me through a mix of Sandstorm and Wrap over about 20 turns, while I was helpless, frozen. I never defrosted.

The Battle Tower is a neverending source of bad luck for me. I usually get about 50-60 wins and then go down to a battle that goes something like this:

ch freeze blizzard ch defrost refrozen defrost miss ch pokemon dies, then CH para T-bolt fully paralyzed fully paralyzed miss fully paralyzed pokemon dies, and then sheer cold hits game over

Ouch, harsh luck :|

I've heard of BT Haxes, but not anything as plain stupid as that. Props for running mono-water though :D

I lost to a Focus Sash Clefable once.

Gyrados decided to acctivate its Sash via Aqua tail, while it Metronomed Agility. It Metronomes Swords Dance, and i proceed to miss again. It Metros Swords Dance AGAIN, and i miss AGAIN.

The bastard Clefable then went on to sweep my team with Metronomed Reversals and Flails.

All three of which where Critical Hits.

So i feel your battle tower hax pain :(

WTF?!?!?! HAX!!! That is so messed up you should sue.

^That almost seems impossible, lol.
Interesting read, Castform rapes your team with HAX!

So true. Wow, Castform...Gyarados, Swampert, Milotic. Just wow at the hax.

My entire BT team died to a Sceptile with Quick Claw.... The only attack I got off on it was Starmie's Ice Beam, which didn't kill it (so close), then it just swept him, T-Tar, and StreetShark with criticals and quick claw''d of Focus Blast and Energy Ball.... Or was that an Alakazam? :|

Second time was vs a Gengar who just OHKO'd my entire squad with SE hits, and a critical on Shark... I nearly cried.

Damn Battle Tower.

There is a 10% chance to defrost each turn. Explains why freeze isn't so common

Does freezing have an upper limit? I believe that the upper limit for sleeping is 5 turns, but I don't know for freezing. Also, is it the same chance for waking up every turn?
