fuckin everybody up this week with my numerous collection of doug martin, aaron rodgers, brandon marshall, eric decker

7-0 all blowoutseven in my 2 1-7 record leagues

I'm up by 11 points but my remaining player is Pierre Thomas, yours is Drew Brees, this against the Eagles defense. It'd be shocking if you didn't win.

Several players blew up today actually. Brandon Marshall got a little under 35, AP got like 32, Chicago Defense 29, Redman up around 25 right now. We still have games left too, with guys like McCoy, Brees, Ryan, Julio still to play. I played Chicago in two leagues, but thank goodness I was able to get solid performances from guys like Redman and Marshall and AP to offset it.
 
And with that, it seems Doug Martin has tied/broken the record for most fantasy points by a single player in a single game (Portis had 54 points a while ago, Yahoo sports says Martin has 54.60).

I believe Vick scored 60 a year or two ago, can someone confirm? I remember he threw for like 6 TDs and ran for 2 more or something absurd like that.

Assuming standard scoring,

0.04 * 333 passing yards = 13.32

4 * 4 passing TDs = 16

.1 * 80 rushing yards = 8

6 * 2 rushing TDs = 12

So 49.32 points. Doug Martin had 272 total yards and 4 rushing TDs, so 51.2 points.


pookar I fully approve of the name Mr. McGibblets, and also fuck you for starting Marshall and Martin in the auction league.

Were those his exact stats from the game or just an estimate? It looks about what he had, just want to make sure. For some reason I remember him scoring more (and I believe he was on pookar's team too lol)

Team autodraft... legendary.

Matt Ryan, Percy Harvin, Victor Cruz, A.J. Green, Calvin Johnson, Doug Martin, Tony Gonzalez, and Bears Defense. Now I just need a legit RB2 (currently have Rashad Jennings, also have some other guys like Alex Green, Vick Ballard, and Pierre Thomas). I have James Jones and Michael Crabtree riding the bench.

My fantasy football skills are so good
 
Pierre Thomas will be fantastic as long as Sproles is out. The Saints almost never pass while Mark Ingram is on the field, and Thomas will take most of Sproles' targets over the next month while he's out. He'll be a legit RB2 the next few weeks for sure.

Yeah, those were his stats from the game. Of course, some leagues have 6 point passing TDs, some give bonus points for long TDs or for yardage milestones, etc. Him scoring 60 points in some leagues is likely, as Martin scored 63 in one of my leagues.
 
I played the last place guy in one league, but he started Marshall/Decker/PALMER. 80 points right there. At least he didn't have Martin too.
 
Pierre Thomas to actually play well and get me some points? I like it. Autodraft team at 4-4, could be 5-4. Also lol killah is the 666th post
 
if i had started Leshoure and Avery over Jennings and Bowe, i'd only be 25 points down, with Jimmy Graham left to play. so not unreasonable, if not likely.

instead i'm like 52 points down.:pirate:

Also, Ryan Mathews needs to get more carries.

Considering your lineup and my lineup, you wouldn't have even had a chance if it weren't for Bears D exploding. You also started a guy who was inactive XD. Would have been more BS if I had lost somehow.
 
He wasn't ruled out until Saturday and there was no indication beforehand on the website saying that he might be questionable or something, and I had already set my lineup by then. Even if I started LeGarrete Blount, he only got 0.50 points.
 
every time i sit Cecil Shorts, he puts up good numbers.

16 points last night.

i hope Bowe has at least a comparable game.

pretty sure Decker will.
 
So um, Shakeitup offered me Cecil Shorts and Andre Roberts for Hakeem Nicks, a horrible trade on paper. Shorts then proceeds to go for 19 points......fml.
 
Anyone else high on Denarius Moore? Just traded Mathews for him. I had Gore/Ridley/Spiller above him at RB anyway, meanwhile my 3rd WR was either Sidney Rice or Stevie Johnson. I feel like this could go either way.
