Dragon/Fairy Altaria, definetly needs it, at least Porygon 2 is usable in ou. Maybe Gamefreak planned this typing, Altaria even learns moonblast, bummer.

For that reason, I agree. Altaria has a great movepool and looks awesome, and yet can't really be used in OU. Porygon2, on the otherhand, has a great movepool, looks cool, but can be used in OU successfully.

My vote is for Dragon/Fairy Altaria.
 
Definitely Dragon/Fairy Altaria. Porygon2's too slow to switch types before the opponent moves very often, and with only having 1 type, there's not an offensive pokemon in the game that won't be able to hit it for at least regular damage. Since what it's famous for already is taking neutral damage very well, I don't really see the point besides being cool and giving a little boost to offenses.
 
I'm gonna change my vote to fairy/dragon Altaria. Protean Porygon 2 is definitely interesting but I don't see it impacting the meta as much as Altaria, and I feel like it'd be a more interesting topic to discuss as well.
 
Dragon/Fairy Altaria Altaria's going to win; on this page there are 18 Altarias and only 5 P2's. This thing will be great.
 
I feel like Altaria is a lot less creative of a theorymon than Porygon. I mean, add fairy on almost any mon and it'll be more viable.
