while im not fat by any means, since high school ive gained roughly 20~ pounds (over 2 years) im positive the reason is that i played basketball @ lunch in hs for 40 minutes, particiapted actively in gym every other day, and sometimes played bball afterschool as well, and did this consistently for all 4 years of hs... and then i graduated. I started bowling a bit more, but to compare the 2 activities is futile. ( also, the weight gain was from like 160-170 to 185, not something like 200 to 220[im 6'1-6'2))
