Take Chimchar, but it cannot evolve until after Roark, and cannot be an Infernape until after Byron. Must have Rock Smash and Rock Climb.

EDIT: Too late. I say... Shellos East. It cannot evolve until you have all eight badges.
 
Okay, I think I'll stick with 5 of dem Pokemon. My team will be this

-Mudkip, which can't learn Earthquake)
-Slakoth, which has to sweep Roxanne to evolve, and if it does, must evolve into a Slaking eventually
-Seedot, which can't evolve into Shiftry until I beat Liz and Tate
-Gulpin, which can only evolve at level 36
-Swablu, which can only evolve after it defeats Winona's Altaria

I think I might make a LP of it

I'm taking this challenge on Ruby.

Take a Grumpig, name it Porky, it must know two non-damaging attacks.

Editing in team now.

Torterra: Can't use Earthquake. (Starter)
Bibarel (Bigmouth): Must know 2 water attacks. (Route 201)
Kadabra (no evolving): Cannot have more than 2 attacking moves, one of which is Confusion. (Route 203)
Meditite (Om): Must know one Fighting and one Psychic move. (Route 212 West)
Shellos (East): Can't evolve until I get all eight Badges. (Route 213)
Tropius: Can only know normal and Grass attacks. Must be at Lv. 55 when I fight my rival the final time. (Great Marsh)

Will start as soon as I beat the Pokemon League in HG.

use a makuhita, can only have one attack move until tate and liza, if you beat them he can have two attack moves
 
My team so far-
Bernard the Nidoran M (cant evolve until after Mt Moon. Cant become a Nidoking unless it beats my rival's starter single handedly)
Pepper the Flareon (must know shadow ball)
Koffing (must use explosion/selfdestruct in all major battles. to evolve it must beat 2 of giovanni's pokemon)

I would like two more mons plus the starter.

@Televator Use a Beautifly. It must know whirlwind and absorb at all times asap.

Take a Geodude; it must know Magnitude (no Earthquake), and cannot evolve prior to Erika.

Also, I'm only one away from a full team.

No, you gave me a Whiscash. You're thinking of Rayquaza Master. Also, neither of those can be found without the National Pokedex... anyone else got something?

Oops, for some reason, I thought you were doing this on Ruby. Anyway, take a Drapion, it can only use Poison and Dark attacks.

@ Lonewolf: Take a Wurmple, you must catch it as a Wurmple and you can only use the first Wurple you catch. This will make it interesting to see if you get a Beautifly or Dustox.

use a treecko it can evole into a grovyle without requirments but for it to evole to a sceptile you need to kill one of winonas pokemon with it (doesnt matter which)

So now my final team is:

-Mightyena (Cerberus)
-Slaking
-Skarmory
-Flygon
-Beautifly/Dustox
-Sceptile
 
I am ready to start my journey through Firered with this team-

Zubat (can only evolve if it sweeps misty's team)
Squirtle (must know rapid spin)

Skitty (female; must know Attract, can only learn one STAB)

Makuhita (only one attack move until tate and liza, beating them allows two attacks)
Beautifly (must learn whirlwind and absorb ASAP, and keep them)

Get a Torchic, cannot evolve unless it beats roxanne's nosepass and one of her geodudes by itself, and must always know ember and peck.
