use hoppip, must be the only pokemon used against bugsy, must know at least 3 attack moves

A Hoppip?! Against Bugsy?! A tall order considering, I would need to get up to 17 (It evolves at 18) to get 3 reasonably good attacks, which are Tackle, Poison Powder and Stun Spore... but I'll take it.

Pokemon so far:

Hoppip - Only pokemon against Bugsy and must know 3 atack moves.

Get a Nidoqueen, it can evolve into a Nidorina at any time but you can only evolve it into a Nidoqueen with the Moon Stone you get in the Tohjo Falls, it must have Rivalry as an ability.

Edit: AddieThunder, get a Gengar, it you cannot use the Shadow Ball TM you get from Morty on it and it can't use any Dark moves. Edit: Nevermind about the Dark moves, it doesn't learn any in Silver.
