Two things I made at school:

Roasted Duck with Caramel Chicory and Orange.

Carcass roasted Chicken with Confit Potato and Lentils Mirepoix served with vacuum marinated cucumber and chili sauce.

Two relatively easy things i made at home:

Bacon Omelette with Scallions and Soy Sauce.

Oyster Sauce Fried Noodles with chunks of Sweet Potato and Beef. Also some glaced beans because i love serving those with fried noodles :)

I'm kinda back as if anyone cares and the reason I left was the phot above. I just graduated in History from a federal brazilian university and yesterday was the defense of my research about medieval Russia/Ukraine. The retarded-looking fat guy with unbuckled belt (I didn't noticed at the time of the photo) is me. The others from left to right are, respectively, a specialist on german medieval history, a specialist on portuguese medieval history, and Christianity history. My research will become a book by next year (though in portuguese) mainly because everything went better than expected on the event of the above photo.
