WOOOOW what a great surprise! Turks pull another one out their asses lol. Gotta love these guys, man they have heart. My prediction went through the floor and it was the other way around, but I jumped out of my seat when the Turks made that comeback. The Croats were so fucking devestated they looked like kids on a playground in the penalty kicks.

Germany will wreck them though...I'll cheer for the underdogs but still...

EDIT: Probably the best game anyone is going to see in this tournament. This or the one against the Czechs.
 
Wow, my predictions sucked!. But i knew Turkey was going to be a good rival, they did the same kind of miracle comeback :(, just in the movies and Turkey....

Ah the BBC talking bollocks yet again, saying Ronaldo want to move to Real Madrid. The quotes were actually taken from Guillem Balague's website yesterday.

Not only in the interview did Ballague NEVER mention Madrid as claimed by the BBC but also they left out a lot of hints about new contracts and staying if you read the whole thing. And bloody hell the guy is arrogant.

haha, I watched the game with two friends, both of whom started supporting Holland after their amazing group performances. I knew the Dutch wouldn't win the tournament, but I didn't expect Russia to knock them out.
 
Even England beat Russia during qualifying, what happened Oranje? Dunno what van basten was doing leaving ruud up front by himself he's lost a lot of pace and once he comes deep and gets surrounded he's useless.

Arshavin is a fucking monster, he did whatever he wanted whenever he had the ball. He's going to a big team this summer, for sure. They still have a pretty poor defensive line, but they are great. Now I'm valuing much more Spain's victory against them (even if they didn't have Arshavin with them in that match).

Also, ALL of my predictions so far have been wrong, lol. I hope I'm wrong again tomorrow and we defeat Italy but... Nah, we're Spain, the professional chokers.

seriously, I was just saying WTF all the time, "underdog" winning again? in the overtime I was rooting for the russians, they were clearly better, physically, mentally, to my surprise even technically, they deserved the win

We will see how good Arshavin really is when he has to run through a defence worth a shit. Russia better hope Italy get past Spain because there fucked otherwise

Arshavin is great, but i also applaud the performance of Pavlychenko (spelling?). They also have good players and they dominated the match from the start to the end.I thought Holland was going to win for a second though, when they draw the match at the end, but Russians didn't loose heart.
