Ok, I don't know whose right here, because I did the same thing you did, but IVs were the ones I said they were.. Well I can get a Vaporeon from this one guy for 1 credit, and his has HP Electric 70.. Well thanks anyways, sorry for the misconviniece, and I'll trde you the Vaporeon right now.

I've always loved the way Umbreon looks. With the given EV spread this thing hits 330 Def and 313 Spdef. I consider the low speed to be a good thing because it ensures that Umby will take the hit before baton passing wish, allowing the poke coming in to get some free health without the risk of being hit. Payback also takes advantage of the low speed and becomes a base 100 STAB move.
