Zigzagoon/Linoone
Preferably Nicknameable

Nature: Adamant
Ability: Gluttony
IVs: 31/31/31/31/31/31
Moves: Belly Drum/ Extremespeed/ Seed Bomb/ Shadow Claw
This is a gen 3 project, which is kind of my specialty. It's a difficult one though.
Shadow Claw is a TM, Belly Drum is a level up move, but the other two require special work. Seed Bomb I would have to tutor in Platinum, and E-Speed requires a weird thing with the PC box back in Emerald. Thankfully I can breed in Pokemon Emerald, which is quite difficult to do successfully (RNG advances at 60+ frames per second). I can guarentee a 31/31/31/x/31/31 spread, and have a decent chance of getting flawless.
I'd have to use an ability capsule to get Gluttony, as it didn't exist in gen 3. But otherwise I believe that covers all specifications.
Due to the nature of this project though, it would need to be worth my while. Normally, the cost of an Emerald breed is 3 other pokemon.

That won't work.
I'm not sure how you think it gets Extremespeed, but it's a special move that comes exclusively on a gift egg you receive when you deposit 100 Pokemon into Pokemon Box: Ruby and Sapphire for the Gamecube.
There's also no need to use an Ability capsule to get Gluttony on a 3rd gen Linoone, if the PID would have given the second ability if it had been caught/bred in 4th gen, it will switch to the second ability when evolved in 4th/5th gen (not sure about 6th as I've never tried).
tikidude Sorry, but you will never get the Linoone you want, another smogon member once farmed a ton of Zigzagoon eggs from Box using a glitch, and the best one was Adamant 14/28/24/17/27/20 (which is pretty good for no Synchronize).

Thanks for the tip. I read that you got it from depositing 100 pokemon into the PC box in Emerald, obviously I need to confirm the details better before posting this ... Sorry for the mixup!
