Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
With the changes in program structure, we'll be doing these monthly from now on instead of at the end each round. Grades will accordingly be updated at the beginning of every month. For those unfamiliar with Tutor Shoutouts, its purpose is to highlight the achievements of outstanding tutors. We'll also be maintaining a Hall of Fame here to keep a record of the best tutors every month.
