I think it would be nice to slate the Pokémon find in Ultra Space, to try to mitigame GF's 'mistake' of not doing Ultra Variants. Here are the ideas I've had for possible future slates:
  • Ultra Forest
    • Nuzleaf Line
    • Grumpig Line
    • Drapion Line
    • Audino
    • Heliolisk Line
  • Ultra Water
    • Quagsire Line
    • Lombre Line
    • Floatzel Line
    • Stunfisk
    • Barbaracle Line
  • Ultra Cave
    • Magcargo Line
    • Medicham Line
    • Hippowdon Line
    • Abomasnow Line
    • Crustle Line
  • Ultra Cliff
    • Swellow Line
    • Altaria Line
    • Yanmega Line
    • Sigilyph
    • Swanna Line
Also, as seen with Naganadel, Necrozma-Dusk-Mane, Necrozma-Dawn-Wings, and Ultra Necrozma, the stats do not always need to be prime. I think it would be fair to change the rule to:
Ultra Variant's HP, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, and Special Defense must have their base stats made up of Prime numbers. The Speed stat must be a prime, a multiplication of two primes, or the square of a prime.
This one is more personal, but I think the 570 BST cap should only apply to Pokémon whose natural forme has 570 BST or less, since UV-Goodra should have 600 BST, not 570.

Will submit for the Jhoto starters soon, happy to see this back!

Well, the first new slate of this Pet Mod will be the ignored Johto Starters!

You can place them in any environment that has been revealed thus far.
What "environments" are you referring to? The ones Nintendo officially created or ones like in Exploudit's list? Also, do we need the UV code names too?

HELL YES WE BACK

Name: Meganium-Ultra
New Stats: 71/83/139/127/137/13 (570)
New Typing: Dark/Fairy
Added Moves: Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Pursuit, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Heat Wave, Flash Cannon, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Psychic, Psyshock, Trick Room, Recover
Abilities: Beast Boost / Leaf Guard (Hidden)
Appearance: Meganium has a much larger amount of plant matter on it, covering its entire body. Said plant matter is warped into strange forms, and glows with unnatural colors
L O R E: Meganium landed in the Ultra Ruin, home of Guzzlord, and attempted to revive some form of plant life. However, due to the immense nuclear fallout, the DNA of the dead plants was corrupted. Ultra Meganium merged with those... um, plants, giving it strange powers, but slowing it down.
Possible moveset(s):
Meganium-Ultra @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Recover
- Dark Pulse
- Moonblast
- Heat Wave

(Believe it or not, I built that from the flavor, rather than deciding on competitive stuff first.)

creating that meganium took a long time, so other subs might come later, just submitting this now so you don't feel discouraged

other subs that came later:

Name: Typhlosion-Ultra
New Stats: 73/89/71/127/79/131 (570)
New Typing: Flying/Ground
Added Moves: Typhoon Blast*, Earth Power, Hurricane, Hyper Voice, Air Slash, Stone Edge, Air Cutter, Defog, Tailwind, Razor Wind, Whirlwind, Blizzard, Sandstorm
Abilities: Beast Boost / Sand Stream (Hidden)
Appearance: Its back has grayed out. The spouts of fire are now of sand, which surrounds it. It also has a calmer demeanor.
L O R E: Typhlosion wound up in the Ultra Deep Sea, home of Nihilego. In the atmosphere of the Ultra Deep Sea, it found difficulty (to say the least) using its fire properly. It is no longer able to use fire fluently, but its spouts (?) have gotten much stronger to compensate, blasting out powerful winds. Material in its body it once used to make lava instead takes the form of dirt and sand, which it blasts out to fend off Nihilego.
Possible moveset(s):
Typhlosion-Ultra @ Life Orb
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Typhoon Blast
- Earth Power
- Blizzard
- Flamethrower

*Typhoon Blast: new clone move (since those are allowed now). Flame Burst, but Flying-type and with 90 BP.

Name: Feraligatr-Ultra
New Stats: 89/131/139/97/83/31 (570)
New Typing: Steel/Fighting
Added Moves: Sacred Sword, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Flash Cannon, Leaf Blade, Night Slash, X-Scissor, Psycho Cut
Abilities: Beast Boost / Justified (Hidden)
Appearance: Feraligatr's scales are red and gold, and reshaped in parts to resemble samurai armor. Its legs are a tiny bit longer, and its arms are a bit thicker.
L O R E: Feraligatr landed in the Ultra Forest. To match, and deal with, Kartana, its scales hardened and it learned to slash with more precision and use its claws like blades. It appears that the aura surrounding the Ultra Forest caused... additional changes.
Possible moveset(s):
Feraligatr-Ultra @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Sword
- Meteor Mash
- Liquidation
- Leaf Blade

Name: Meganium-UV
New Stats: 83 / 89 / 97 / 131 / 97 / 73 | BST: 570
New Typing:
/

Abilities: Drizzle / Lightningrod
Added Moves: Air Cutter, Air Slash, Defog, Fly, Hurricane, Roost, Tailwind, Aqua Ring, Aqua Tail, Hydro Pump, Rain Dance, Scald, Soak, Surf, Water Spout, Discharge, Eerie Impulse, Ion Deluge, Shock Wave, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Zing Zap, Dragon Pulse
Removed Moves: Aromatherapy, Bullet Seed, Frenzy Plant, Giga Drain, Grass Pledge, Grass Whistle, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Leaf Storm, Leech Seed, Magical Leaf, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Razor Leaf, Seed Bomb, Solar Beam, Synthesis, Vine Whip, Worry Seed, Sunny Day
Appearance/Flavor: Meganium were introduced to the Ultra Plant, where they constantly got struck by lightning due to their antennae behaving like lightning rods. The plants radiated large amounts of strange energy, which caused the Meganiums’ constantly wet feet to bond with the water and vaporize, turning their feet into small clouds. The water they absorbed into their bodies formed a cloud which replaced the flower around their neck which had wilted due to the environmental conditions. The Meganium gradually developed their ability to create their own storm clouds using the clouds on their bodies. Meganium-UV have blue bodies with dark gray clouds on their feet and around their necks, with bright yellow antennae and eyes.
Competitive: Drizzle allows it to use perfectly accurate Thunders and STAB Hurricanes along with boosted STAB Hydro Pumps, which do huge damage off Meganium-UV’s high special attack. If not running Drizzle, Lightningrod turns its 4x weakness into a way of boosting its special attack stat even higher as well as blocking Thunder Waves and Volt Switches. It also has other supportive options like Roost, Defog, and Tailwind. However, Meganium-UV tends to be somewhat predictable it doesn’t have a great speed stat, so it could be outsped relatively easily. It also has a Rock weakness, so it doesn’t like switching in to Stealth Rock, and many Pokemon that it should beat (like Fighting- and Ground- types) often carry Rock-type coverage.
Possible moveset(s):
Meganium-UV @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder
- Dragon Pulse

Name: Typhlosion-UV
New Stats: 79 / 83 / 127 / 83 / 67 / 131 | BST: 570
New Typing:
/

Abilities: Chlorophyll / Solid Rock
Added Moves: Accelerock, Power Gem, Rock Polish, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Aromatherapy, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Grass Whistle, Grassy Terrain, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Leaf Tornado, Leech Seed, Magical Leaf, Solar Blade, Strength Sap, Synthesis, Calm Mind, Camouflage, Earth Power
Removed Moves: Blast Burn, Burn Up, Ember, Eruption, Fire Blast, Fire Pledge, Fire Punch, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Inferno, Lava Plume, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
Appearance/Flavor: Typhlosion were introduced to the Ultra Forest where they were confronted by the Kartana and their masters. Fearful that the Fire-type intruder would burn the forest, they hunted down the Typhlosion and removed them from the forest. The Typhlosion learned to avoid using their fire, which revealed their presence. Instead, they attempted hiding, trying to blend in with the trees and rocks. They also developed high speed to run away when found, bending the plants and tossing stones to escape. Now, Typhlosion-UV hide among the rocks, with their dark green fur that has the texture of soft leaves.
Competitive: Typhlosion-UV has high physical bulk and speed, allowing it to set up Stealth Rock with ease. It has recovery in Strength Sap or Synthesis for longevity, and Calm Mind can allow it to set up. Chlorophyll makes it extremely fast in the sun, while Solid Rock helps it survive super effective hits better. Its special bulk is quite low without Calm Mind boosts or Sand, so it has difficulty switching in to strong special attackers. Its offensive stats also make it rather passive without setting up.
Possible moveset(s):
Typhlosion-UV @ Leftovers
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Calm Nature
- Giga Drain
- Power Gem
- Strength Sap / Synthesis
- Stealth Rock / Calm Mind / Aromatherapy

Name: Feraligatr-UV
New Stats: 89 / 131 / 61 / 59 / 103 / 127 | BST: 570
New Typing:
/

Abilities: Sand Stream / Sand Rush
Added Moves: Earth Power, High Horsepower, Sand Tomb, Shore Up, Spikes, Rock Slide, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Extrasensory, Gravity, Heal Block, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Miracle Eye, Mirror Coat, Psychic, Psychic Fangs, Psychic Terrain, Psycho Cut, Reflect, Trick, Zen Headbutt
Removed Moves: Aqua Jet, Avalanche, Blizzard, Dive, Hail, Hydro Pump, Hydro Cannon, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Rain Dance, Scald, Surf, Waterfall, Water Gun, Water Pledge, Water Pulse, Water Sport, Whirlpool
Appearance/Flavor: Feraligatr were introduced into the Ultra Desert, where they could find no water. They developed their bodies to swim through the loose sand instead, and the shining gems dispersed throughout their new home exerted an unusual energy on them that changed their brains. The Feraligatr became able to control sand with their newfound mind power, with which they can summon sand storms at will. Feraligatr-UV are sand colored with glowing blue eyes, spikes, and armor pads.
Competitive: Feraligatr-UV is a powerful and fast physical attacker with decent special bulk. It can boost with Dragon Dance and Swords Dance, allowing it to put heavy pressure on the opposing team. Its abilities each have their uses, with Sand Stream setting up Sand and Sand Rush allowing it to outspeed most other Pokemon in the Sand. Ground/Psychic/Ice provides amazing neutral coverage, and Feraligatr-UV’s high attack stat means it can threaten most opponents. It also has other offensive options in Stone Edge, Superpower, Outrage, and Crunch, and supportive options in Stealth Rock, Shore Up, and Spikes. However, Feraligatr-UV’s physical bulk is rather low, and its typing gives it 6 weaknesses, leaving it vulnerable against priority attacks like Aqua Jet, Sucker Punch, and Ice Shard. While it can threaten most opposing Pokemon, any strong physical attacker can force it out as well.
Possible moveset(s):
Feraligatr-UV @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant / Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Psychic Fangs
- Ice Punch
- Dragon Dance / Swords Dance

Flavor: Typhlosions were sent in the Ultra Desert, where they were the prays to the Pheromosa. Their fire was no use in this hostile environment, they slowly stopped to produce it. They also developped a new typing to resists to Pheromosa : Ghost for fight, and rock for bug. Finally, to be able to attack the Pheromosa, they started to use shells, who were present everywhere in the desert. The war between Typhlosions and Pheromosa never ended, and that transformed them into defenders.
Competitive: WIP

can we make clones of moves like for instance
Soul Dance: +1 special attack +1 speed type: Dragon
or
Grass Burst: power is based on users hp stat type: grass

Hi! I'm kinda interested in this. But anyway here are mine:

Name: Meganium-Ultra
New Stats: 130/60/112/116/112/40 (BST 570)
New Typing: Poison/Psychic
Added Moves: Acid Spray, Banefull Bunker, Clear Smog, Poison Jab, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Venoshock, Amnesia, Extrasensory, Gravity, Psybeam, Psychic, Psyshock, Trick
Abilities: Shadow Tag, Competetive (HA)
Removed Moves: Light Screen, Body Slam, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Solar Beam, Synthesis, Sweet Scent, Aromatherapy, Natural Gift
Lore: A Meganium was brought into the Ultra Desert where Pheremosa always looked down on it and bullying the Meganium, one time when this happened Meganium exploded with rage and it offended Pheremosa who used Hi-Jump Kick. And suddenly Meganium used Banefull Bunker as defense and turned into a Poison type. And for an unknown reason spoons were replaced with its flower which gave it acces to psychic moves and the typing. Pheromosa fainted from the poison because it could not escape Meganium's new ability Shadow Tag, so Meganium became the ruler of the Ultra Desert.
Possible moveset(s):
-Banefull Bunker
-Psyshock
-Protect
-Venoshock
I dunno i'm not that competetive.

Name: Typhlosion-Ultra
New Stats: 80/109/75/109/75/122 (BST 570)
New Typing: Water
Added Moves: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Dive, Steam Eruption, Surf, Water Pledge, Whirlpool,
Abilities: Water Veil, Swift Swim (HA)
Removed Moves: Just every Fire type move....yeah
Lore: Multiple Typhlosion came to the Ultra Ruin where he and the other Typhlosion kept heating up berries for Guzzlord to have an infinite supply of berries. One time Typhlosion used up so many flames that he needed to calm down and let a Figy berry go through without it being hot. These were dangerous being not heated because they cause confusion for Guzzlord, but he did eat them and became confused. Being confused, Guzzlord threw every Typhlosion into the water but because of them overusing their flames, the water didn't hurt them so they decided to live underwater.
Possible moveset(s):
-Aqua Jet
-Aqua Tail
-Wild Charge
-Earthquake
OR
-Aqua Jet
-Steam Eruption
-Focus Blast
-Roar (i dunno i can't competetive)

Name: Feraligatr-Ultra
New Stats: 60/142/60/120/60/130 (BST 570)
New Typing: Electric/Dark
Added Moves: Charge Beam, Discharge, Charge, Thunderbolt, Shock Wave, Thunderpunch, Thundershock, Thunder Wave, Beat Up, Brutal Swing, Night Slash, Payback, Hone Claws, Fake Tears, Dark Pulse
Abilities: Anger Point, Motor Drive (HA)
Removed Moves: Aqua Tail, Hydro Pump, Ice Fang, Flail, Water Gun, Agility, Ice Beam, Rain Dance, Scald
Lore: A group of Feraligatr were overly confident of themselves and they though they were super-cool, except for one feraligatr that wanted to just have fun. One day they were introduced to the Ultra Plant where with their confidence, planned an attack on Xurkitree. The kind Feraligatr was dragged along. When they reached Xurkitree it unleashed a powerfull Charge Beam. Scared of it, the Feraligatr ran away and left the kind one behind who got hit. Meanwhile an Electric Terrain was up and its particles followed the Charge Beam and came into Feraligatr's body. It became an Electric type. Being mad at its friends it turned hostile and kept beating up everything which slowly gave it a Dark typing.
Possible moveset(s):
-Thunder Punch
-Hone Claws
-Crunch/Night Slash
-Superpower
OR
-Discharge
-Dark Pulse
-Thunder Wave
-Hidden Power Fire
So yeah just keep in mind i'm not all that competetive so ignore all of these movesets.

Yes the lore all has to do with the Ultra Beasts but i mean it's from the Ultra Space so normal changes like the Alolan-formes don't realy fit, for instance: Exeggutor grew more because there is more sun in Alola. Ultra Space Variants fit more with UB's then Alolan formes.

Competitive: Fast Shell Smash user. This mon is extremely dangerous if not countered early: SSmash+STAB Shadow Claw or STAB Sneak could easily sweep an unprepared team. His main weaknesses are his mediocre typing and his lack of coverage moves.
Set Exemple:
Typhlosion @ Focus Sash
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Shell Smash
- Shadow Sneak
- Shadow Claw
- Stone Edge / Rock Slide
