NFE PRs by me
Good luck tier
Doom Desire Jirachis
Horii, feen (?)
How do you have the max player cap and somehow not enough NFE players to fulfill the 2 NFE slots ?????????
Horii is a great player, he has the capabilities to do at the very least decent, and his last UMPL run was insane (7-x), tho this pool is very strong, especially in NFE1, so Horii isn't a guaranteed win every week.
As for the 2nd player tho, i assume it will be feen as it's literally the only one with some decent enough experience in the tier but they will be lacking good teams for sure, and even with good teams, every other teams have good clickers with experience in the tier, i honestly do not expect them to win against anyone in the pool, regardless of if it's actually feen starting or anyone else.
Overall this team has Horii that has the capabilities to be doing at least decent, and a dead slot.
Mid tier
Voltcrashers Miraidons
Mirbro, Dragonillis, Meth Master, hxmo
Relying on Mirbro & Dragonillis as your NFE core is especially risky in my opinion. Both are just too busy in real life, Dragonillis didn't play the tier for a whole year, Mirbro is usually busy every single day of his life and also did not play a tournament for a long time as a player. They are both good enough to take wins against anybody, but with their current state they will both be going unfavored against many players of the pool.
Meth Master & hxmo are decent support and subs, but i don't think that'll be enough to carry the almost retired players. Maybca's support will be appreciated and will definitely help Mirbro & Dragonillis, tho i don't think i'll surprise anyone by saying that his teams tend to be some overcook stuff and either work fine or completely flop at times.
Overall i don't rate them super highly, i do feel like they will be getting some surprising wins against strong players of the pool, but overall i don't think any of them will be doing better than 4-3.
Oblivion Ambers
5Dots, Shadow079, DD Joe
5Dots is in a great form, he's been tryharding the ladder the whole month, tried a lot of innovative stuff and he's probably the player that has explored the tier the most already since the very recent TSpikes ban. Although for some reason 5Dots always does bad in UM team tours, but i feel like the odds of him doing great in this one are pretty high.
Shadow is their best 2nd NFE player but i don't think he'll be starting here. If they decide to put him in here then this core is a really good core, capable of doing extremely well in the tour, but i feel like they need Shadow in UUbers.
So instead DD Joe is probably their 2nd NFE, which is fine, DD Joe is a great clicker, he just lacks experience in the tier recently and will need support.
Overall they have the tools to do well but i feel like they will run out of steam quickly. 5Dots shouldn't be able to provide 2 good teams a week, and DD Joe will need time to get back into the tier and provide some good builds. If Shadow is actually starting then they are a much more threatening team, but i still feel like they'll lack a bit of support compared to the other teams.
Dragonairlines
Regiboob, Cluelessmagnet, Padparadscha
Regiboob is one of the newest faces among the big names of the tier. He did extremely well in NFEPL and did well in the last UM team tour he's been in too. I do feel like he has the motivation and ability to completely crush his opponents some weeks. Although i do feel like he has a big weakness and it's the fact that he is easy to counter team ; all of his teams tend to be weak to similar stuff because there are some Pokemons he probably doesn't take account of due to his lesser experience in the tier than some of the other big names, which makes prepping for him easy at times.
Cluelessmagnet did super well in NFEPL, not against a strong pool tho, but i feel like the builds brought and their plays were good. I don't know enough about them to really rank them accurately, but they are capable of having an underdog run and winning to everyone in NFE2, or in the opposite, lose to everybody that has more experience in the tier.
Padparadscha is a good support and new face to have around in a team, i'm glad they were drafted, and i'm not surprised they were drafted by Regiboob either coz he was glazing him in NFEPL.
Finchely's support is going to be very useful here and i know she'll be active and cook some stuff with Regiboob.
Overall this team has the capabilities to do pretty decent ; Regiboob should be doing fine at least, and Cluelessmagnet could be a surprise that gets wins against strong players, but i also do feel like they won't be consistent enough to win more than a mid record combined.
Chilling Cramorants
Swas, risin_glory, TTK, Nakoruru_XD, Heatranator, Tizio, Long Spirit, FishyRoads
The amount of possible NFE starters here is insane.
Swas is their only big names tho, even if Swas didn't have an insane result in a SV tournament, i do rank him very highly because i do think his performance in NFEOL was insane despite the mid record and he could have crushed the pool if he started in SV for NFEPL. Seeing Swas in NFE might be a little concerning for people who are not familiar with the tier, but Swas will be just fine even against the strongest players of the pool.
Any of the other names could be starting in NFE2 to be honest, i would probably say TTK is the one with the most experience so he will probably be the safest player to go with, but risin_glory and Long Spirit are very much capable of starting too. Nakoruru is fine but is using the same teams since 2024 which is concerning not gonna lie please delete that voltorb. Heatranator will be a great support and good sub to have around. FishyRoads would've been a great option for NFE2 as well but he's probably starting in UUbers. Tizio has done well in NFE SSNL with bad teams so if you figure out a way to build him good teams he's comfortable with he probably can do super well in the tournament too.
Overall this team has a lot of options to go with, but i feel like it's even too much. Some people are probably going to be left out in the chat because there are too many people that will want their ideas to see the light. Swas is also the only big name here, which is fine but it also means the NFE2 will struggle against some of the other NFE cores that have 2 big names.
Good stuff tier
Super Sh(a)ymin
Kingler, lettuce, Nashrock, angolano06
Like every year, Shaymins have a really good NFE core. This time consisting of Kingler, lettuce and Nashrock, as well as angolano as a sub.
Kingler is one of the best player of the tier, i would rate him top 2 player of the tier right now, he should be doing extremely well even against the strongest players of the pool because he is himself a deadly threat to anyone facing him.
Nashrock & lettuce are both very capable of starting in NFE2 and they will both be doing great against the NFE2 pool. Lettuce especially has been exploring the tier recently by spamming the ladder a lot and doing pretty much every ladder achievements lol.
Nashrock is great but does have a lot of weaknesses in his builds at times.
angolano is fine as a sub and support.
Overall this team has a really high chance of doing extremely well, i would predict both of their players to do at least 4-3 here.
Mane Remover
Ivar57, Zcarlett, Celeste
Ivar + Zcarlett is a really strong core, and they are both self-sufficient so the lack of support here isn't really concerning.
Zcarlett especially should be a pleasant surprise in this tournament because she didn't like TSpikes meta much recently, and with the TSpikes ban i feel like she'll feel in a much more comfortable state and will actually be insane.
Ivar did 7-x last year, he might need time to get back to the tier and adapt a little bit to the new meta, but he is very much capable of winning against anybody here.
Celeste is also a great NFE player if a replacement is needed and she should be able to help Ivar in the first few weeks in terms of building.
Overall a really strong core, i do expect each of them to do really well here.
What the fuck tier
United Kingdras
sleid, Hairoll, Cammellia, doom
sleid is the best player of the pool. He's consistently been doing at the very least something like 4-3 for years in team tournaments, as well as going super far in every individuals. Sleid is the best player of the tier and i don't think it's even close. Whoever goes against him will need to get a really solid prep and solid plays.
Hairoll is a really solid player, top 3 NFE SSNL, and a 3rd place absolutely deserved despite the lack of teams. He is an insane clicker and with some support he will be doing wonders against the rest of the pool.
doom is a really great support to have around, especially considering him and sleid are quite close friends.
Cammellia is a surprise pick that will be able to sub in decently, she's motivated to get back into the tier and will be able to support them as well.
If someone from the future would tell me this team is going x-0 the whole tournament i would actually believe them. They have the 2 players that did the best in the ongoing NFE SSNL (Finalist and Top 3) how is that even possible lol. And then you pair that with doom who's a super support to have around that is even friend with the best player of the core, and then Cammellia for extra support and a great sub for cheap.
