Clef is A rank the other two are B- (too high IMO) what are you talking about? And while its Magic Guard sets are usually better, Unaware is still viable - if it wasn't it wouldn't be on the analysis. Anyway, I think Quagsire could become one of the best Pokemon in PU as switchins to Aggron are always welcome, especially with Torterra, Ferroseed and Gastrodon all gone.

Donphan and Jolteon to NU is something that I hope happens but Minior and Uxie are ass in NU and they’re only seen as super niche picks in RU. I’d want to see both of them drop but they would probably be the death of PU.
I wish they rose to RU.
Uxie probably won't be that bad. Minior I could see being problematic though, as PU already has so many crazy offensive threats such as Jellicent, Dodrio, Lilligant, Aurorus etc.
FYI, there were no quick rises or drops this month.

Raikou getting left in the dust and having less usage than mons from lower tiers is really sad, but also not at all surprising.
When you have Mega Manectric and now Zeraora outclassing Raikou in most ways, that explains why Raikou isn't doing so hot

(Sorry, but that bugs me. That and listing things as LC, those are not tiers and talking about them in the same breath as usage-based tiers just confuses the discussion.)
