doesnt ur team just get smoked by xern or ygod or marsh literally lol
I assume you overlooked the 52 spdef Ho-Oh and the Arceus-Fairy. granted I guess the xern matchup is a little too ass for my liking, u gotta like catch it with Gar to not get bashed

e: not to make this thread a chitchat, a sacred fire + rocks and a lifeorb shadowsneak should probably be enough for xern, potentially even a toxic off on it

So is Anything Goes just the proper cartridge game version, except that you don’t have to train up anything?
Thats like every meta u dont gotta train up anything just do the sets and eves and u can change levels, and in anything goes u can use any mon any memes and stuff like that only one mega

The main idea of this team is to take advantage of teams that heavily rely on Arceus-Poison. Sub BU Marshadow can easily set up on Arceus-Poison(barring roar sets, which I have on this team.. ironic, I know) and generally at +1 behind a sub teams just can't deal with it and are forced to sack multiple Pokemon. Teams that do not have Arceus-Poison are generally taken advantage of by Geomancy Xerneas, which could blow through offensive Dusk Mane and Primal Groudon if chipped enough. Marshadow, Mega Rayquaza and Primal Groudon all pressure Specially Defensive Dusk mane and can generally place much pressure on their team. Arceus-Poison and Arceus-Dark hold the team together, with Arceus-Poison being the Xerneas check and Arceus-Dark the Dusk Mane/Ultra check. Arceus-Poison has roar due to not being able to use a Z Move because Marshadow holds it, but it can come in handy for other things besides Geo Xern. Due to having to use roar, it makes this team very baton pass weak unfortunately so that is one big flaw in the team, but other than that I think it's pretty solid. I do have a variation here https://pokepast.es/8dae44ea77f99709 involving specs Xerneas, which is just as good as the Geo version, but imo is harder to use and has a worse MU against stall.

as it would take too long to give a description for all of them(copying and pasting 60 sprites is much more important), just going to say that the majority of these teams have been used in tours, so are well tested and I have adjusted them accordingly after the games were over. This is half a team dump half submitting for samples, a couple aren't that good and are just super fun to use whereas others I think would make good samples, but that is up to council to decide. I get I'm nowhere near the best player, but I'd like to consider myself a decent builder. Hope this encourages other people to submit teams, if I've submitted 10 I'm sure you can submit 1!

more of these teams have zyg than ray zyg to S

Nice teams, but the import for the sub BU marsh+geo xern is wrong, its the import of the sub-dd-toxic zyg again.

Standardish webs that could replace the current one. Smeargle sets webs which allows the sweepers on the team to go wild. Steelceus is there because it pivots into the main Choice Scarf users in the tier (MRay, Xerneas, Yveltal) and is still a pretty threatening cleaner. Overall this team is pretty solid and straightforward to use.

I like the number of teams submitted so far, if anyone has a stall team that could be good for samples I'd love to see that too!

I have a stall team, but I'm not so sure that it's good for samples. Should I post it anyway?

Wouldn't hurt to post it. All submissions are welcome!
I’ll do just that, then.

Primal Kyogre Stall
https://pokepast.es/83480f6e4defe693
This is a stall team built around a Primal Kyogre with Calm Mind and Water Spout. With Wish Chansey, the Kyogre can be kept healthy enough to consistently hit with massive power from Water Spout. Whirlwind Ho-Oh is used to mitigate the loss of Confide on Chansey.

Sample update is finally here! The council have decided to make some drastic changes to samples; we are removing all current samples with the exception of Cromagnet's ferrothorn balance, Pigeons Exca HO and my band Rayquaza balance. This was simply because many of the current samples are very outdated and are no longer representative of the metagame, one example being Celesteela balance. Cromagnet's balance is a staple with a very solid core of Ferrothorn and Dusk mane, and as such was kept as a sample. My band Rayquaza balance and Pigeons Exca HO are reasonably new so there was no reason to remove these either. With that out of the way, there are also 5 new additions to samples. These teams are as follows: HexGar semi-stall by GarbodorIsHot , Tyranitar stall also by GarbodorIsHot , Tailwind Z-Lunala by Arushi, Smeargle webs by Pigeons and finally Sub Toxic Zyg balance by myself. These teams were ultimately chosen because they are first and foremost good and solid teams, but also highlight key aspects of the current metagame, as well as being reasonably easy for anyone to pick up and use. If your team was not picked that doesn't necessarily mean it was bad, it's simply council are looking for very specific things in a team and had to act as a staple of the metagame. Thank you to everyone who did submit a team, do not be too discouraged if your team was not picked and do continue to post teams you'd like to share in this thread.

I also have a very important announcement to make. I am stepping down as AG tier leader and will be replaced by Pigeons. He is clearly the most qualified for the role, and I know he will do an excellent job carrying the tier forward and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Poisonceus can be given sludge bomb to replace judgement; slightly less power but a decent chance to poison, and gives the option to bluff a z or nuke a xern (replace steelium with iron plate on your steelceus if so). Mild > Rash for Yveltal to better handle support arcs.

just gets smoked when sr is up and then scarfy mray i suggest to have one scarf deo
Thank you someone gets my scarf deo logic
https://pokepast.es/b669ca882a2fef74
Consider my team for ag sample its really good psyspam
Also Consider putting psyshock on one of the deoxys and giving mmy psystrike over psychic
I would also recommend giving mmy fire blast over ice beam to beat steel types like necrozma dm
I am not a big fan of the deo speed set but if it works it works I guess
Also I would give one of the deoxys either superpower/low kick/ focus blast/ to beat dark and steel types then threaten it

Princess (Magearna) @ Leftovers
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fleur Cannon
- Flash Cannon
- Heart Swap
- Ice Beam

I just have leftovers because it is my favorite item to have on pokemon, but this moveset is probably one of the best i've seen to take out xerneas with geomancy. Xerneas would use geomancy on the first turn and finish on the first turn with power herb, then i would use heart swap to steal all of the stat changes that happened. Then, magearna, with boosted stats in speed and SpA, can sweep very easily.

While the thought process behind Magearna checking xerneas us correct, the execution of this is extremely off. Standard Magearna runs 252 HP 252+ SpD, because otherwise it is easily chipped, and then fails to even beat xern. While Heart Swap and Fleur Cannon are both good moves for Mag in AG, I would suggest running Volt Switch over Ice Beam, and either Heal Bell or Pain Split over Flash Cannon. I hope this helps! :)

although, i have beaten xerneas before with this strategy(sorry i don't have any replays for proof)
