I personally run iron defense body press trickroom coffigrigus.
As like my main trickroom setter. He's tanking almost any attack for sure especially paired with a follow me user. I can usually set trick room multiple times if needed with the coffin boyI personally run iron defense body press trickroom coffigrigus.
And after trick room set up his def stat is so high already that even just a couple iron defenses and body press nukes almost everythingAs like my main trickroom setter. But for oranguru probably id invest in to def and special def so it lasts as long as possible. Or hp spd and defHow could be the best ev spread for oranguru as a trickroom setter? or farigiraf its always the best? i mean, instruct its a great move
If this question is for Champions, just know you can always check Battle Data so see what people are running. The most common Natures (in order) are Modest, Relaxed, and Bold, with the most common spreads being 2 HP 32 Def 32 SpD, 32 HP 32 SpA 2 SpD, and 32 HP 32 Def 2 SpD.How could be the best ev spread for oranguru as a trickroom setter? or farigiraf its always the best? i mean, instruct its a great move

I feel like Farigiraf is the overall more solid and splashable Pokémon since Armor Tail blocks priority against your side, but Oranguru does have merit for some teams due to Instruct. If you have a Pokémon or two that abuse Instruct well and don't mind priority then Oranguru is probably worth trying out.
No problem. It's at the bottle of the Battle menu, which imo is slightly unintuitive.Thank you so much, i didnt know that u can see the Battle Data
No. Unburden's boost goes away if you switch out.Hey guys, if Sneaslers got boost from unburden, switches out and come back on the field, does the boost still active?
Golduck used to have some success. But with the the current lineups yeah not greatNot running a rain team is a better replacement than settling with Golduck.
You realize you responded to a post from a decade ago lol.Golduck used to have some success. But with the the current lineups yeah not great
Yeahhhh which is funnily enough when Goodluck was viableYou realize you responded to a post from a decade ago lol.

Where were you for my mega eelektross question. That was from earlier. SadYou realize you responded to a post from a decade ago lol.
What is the team idea here exactly? Set up screens/tailwind for the Eel and hope it and Garchomp carry you through, I'd guess - but then what are Kingambit and Sinistcha's roles in this team? What are they seeking to solve or deal with?Any team building advice for mega eelektross? Rn I've made it thru ultra ball to tier 1 but always fall just short. I run mega eel talonflame garchomp kingambit sinistcha grimmsnarl? Any tweaks or advice would be appreciated
The short version is that veterans usually tune theirWhat the hell do players like Wolfey mean everybody’s stat points where they should be close to the same come from? We understand why Grimmsnarl might want to do that (we still don’t really), but we’re training Politoed. Why not just go max defense? Like we don’t get the logic even when they explain it.
The spread is specifically tailored to eat 2 hits from the hardest hitting super effective stabs in the format, allowing Grimmsnarl to either get both screens up in that matchup before going down, or guarantee getting a screen up + parting shot out to come back later / get a favorable switch in.Grimmsnarl (M) @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
Level: 50
EVs: 32 HP / 14 Def / 20 SpD
Careful Nature
- Spirit Break
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Parting Shot
Grimmsnarl can survive Iron Head from Mega Metagross behind Reflect and Moonblast from Mega Floette behind Light Screen with the given SP spread.
Miraidon Zamazenta (+volcarona; one popular team also had it with chien-pao and band dragonite alongside the volcarona), Miraidon ice rider (usually AV/Scarf miraidon, CIR varied between clear amulet and leftovers leech seed), Miraidon Lunala (electric seed lunala, usually paired with whimsicott and ursaluna; this was a very popular team. Ursaluna almost always had some speed to synergise with whimsicott's tailwind), zamazenta shadow rider (had multiple versions; most popular one with hearthflame, raging bolt, and both incineroar and rillaboom. There was also a version with smeargle and tornadus, which had a good amount of success), Koraidon ice rider (clear amulet, bulky low kick koraidon + leech seed leftovers CIR; got top 4 worlds in 2025 with rillaboom and smeargle, amongst others), koraidon lunala (usually max speed jolly life orb koraidon with meteor beam lunala; brute bonnet paired well with it as it could always live a body press + astral barrage and then get a spore off into zamazenta/shadow rider teams; won worlds in 2025), and a groudon/ice rider team that got some good results. What were the good team archetypes in VGC reg I (not reg MB)?
Any of the yard sylveon sample teams should work, I can send them if you need. What's the most basic bitch, consistent Zard Y slop squad you can run in Champions? Tired of playing cute off-meta crap and eating shit for it. I want something that will actually win me games on ladder so I can get back into Master Ball. Only restriction is nothing with Floette-E because I don't have access to it.
I'd appreciate some variants be sent, especially if they contain write-ups explaining how to pilot the team and/or what the SP spreads are for.Any of the yard sylveon sample teams should work, I can send them if you need.
I like Ko Tsukide's version because it has a Farigiraf, which players below MB really struggle to deal with.I'd appreciate some variants be sent, especially if they contain write-ups explaining how to pilot the team and/or what the SP spreads are for.
