Latios is a great check to Swords Dance Breloom, due to its typing. It resists both Seed Bomb and Superpower, which means it can switch freely into those two moves and shrugging it off easily. Latios also can OHKO back with Psyshock or Draco Meteor, which makes it a solid check to Breloom. However, unboosted Facade does around 60%-75% to Latios, and is a guaranteed OHKO at +2.
If running Roost, Latios is a hard check to Breloom, as it can recover health lost from Facade and Breloom's other moves, while with other coverage options such as Shadow Ball or Hidden Power Fire it is a soft check.

What I don't like about some of these pokemon that are suggested is that they only work with perfect information about the enemy's moveset and hazards. Often times you will not immediately know what kind of Breloom the enemy is running (toxic orb is kind of a giveaway, but I've seen subseed sets with toxic orb going focus punch and spore), and many of these pokemon will not enjoy swapping into either move that's fairly common on Breloom but this specific set doesn't have (rock tomb, spore, ...,).

Rest is Goth's only method of recovery and should be used with the CM strategy. Alternatively, HP Fire can be used to remove Skarmory and Ferrothorn faster (although both still lose to CM Psychic)

Mega Sableye is a complete counter to Conkeldurr, thanks to being immune to its main STAB attacks, fantastic physical defense and reliable recovery. Even when not Mega Evolved, Sableye can use its Prankster turn to Will-O-Wisp, making Conkeldurr's attacks do pitiful damage. Sableye can use this opportunity to freely set up Calm Minds and Recover if it gets low on health. It doesn't have to worry about Freeze or Paralysis thanks to Sheer Force, as well.

Can switch on anything but t-punch. Doesn't use a mega slot and can fit on quite a few teams.
Fairies should beware posion jab and psychics should avoid knock off.

IMO only real counters are mega venu, sableye, and slowbro.

Thanks to Victinis typing and bulk, as well as its extreme power with a choice band, it can act as a brilliant one-time counter to Conkeldurr. 'Tini can take one round of Thunder Punch + Mach Punch + Stealth Rocks, taking at most 98% from that combination, and easily OHKO back with CB Boosted V-Create or Zen Headbutt. The reason it is a check is because it can only do this once, as it can be 2HKO'd by Thunder Punch and has no reliable recovery of any sort.

By virtue of its typing, Latios is a good check to Conkeldurr. It can switch quite freely into Mach Punch, Superpower or Thunder Punch, as it is resistant to all these moves. However, Ice Punch is a problem. After switching in, Latios can proceed to OHKO Conkeldurr straight up using Psyshock, or Roost on a predicted switch, though the latter is riskier.
