Hi! I'm helping faded lasagne with this now. Votes phase time!
As only one Check was submitted, that being Luirromen's Guts Machamp, it wins by default. Feel free to vote for it anyway. But actually do vote for a counter! Ends 03/19/20.

Arguably the wallbreaker with the least amount of switch-ins in the tier, Gardevoir’s high power and great STABs let it decimate bulky and offensive teams alike while Trick and Healing Wish give it great ways to support its team. How will you dethrone the queen of UU? Submissions are due Sunday, get creative folks!
silvally-steel is a check as it can come in on moonblast / psyshock multiple times and can threaten gardevoir out because silvally-stell has a higher speed-tier and multi attack is a clear ohko, the only issue silvally-steel has, that it still has a tough time switching into mystical fire.
but in overall silvally-steel is a very good check and has a lot of assets going for it with multip attack being a clear ohko, parting shot for momentum, toxic to cripple the opposing team and defog to keep hazards off the field.
calcs:
252 SpA Choice Specs Gardevoir Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Silvally-Steel: 118-139 (29.9 - 35.2%) -- 23.7% chance to 3HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Gardevoir Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Silvally-Steel: 99-117 (25.1 - 29.6%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Gardevoir Mystical Fire vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Silvally-Steel: 248-294 (62.9 - 74.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
4 Atk Silvally-Steel Multi-Attack vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Gardevoir: 354-416 (127.3 - 149.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Check. Outspeeds naturally and kOs with steel stab of choice. Can't come in on Moonblast or Mystical Fire, but it can come in on Psyshock, and Trick is just a win.
gardevoir: 252 SpA Choice Specs Gardevoir Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Duraludon: 390-459 (138.7 - 163.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Choice Specs Gardevoir Psyshock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Duraludon: 84-100 (29.8 - 35.5%) -- 32.7% chance to 3HKO

Togedemaru @ Leftovers
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 HP / 12 Atk / 236 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Wish
- Spiky Shield
- U-turn
252 SpA Choice Specs Gardevoir Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 236+ SpD Togedemaru: 101-119 (30.2 - 35.6%) -- 0.2% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Gardevoir Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Togedemaru: 138-163 (41.3 - 48.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
Even without any defense investment, Togedemaru can easily pivot into Gardevoir's STAB combination and proceed to either heal itself or OHKO with Iron Head.
12 Atk Togedemaru Iron Head vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Gardevoir: 246-290 (88.4 - 104.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
It can't switch into Mystical Fire (well it can, but it'll die to the next one), so it's not quite a counter, but it's an effective answer to every other move Gardevoir carries.
252 SpA Choice Specs Gardevoir Mystical Fire vs. 252 HP / 236+ SpD Togedemaru: 214-252 (64 - 75.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
With a mild delay courtesy of me being an absolute numpty, it's time for voting! Shockingly enough, no Gardevoir counters were submitted this week. As a result, we'll be voting on checks only. Voting ends 03/31/20.

Time's up! Grats to Lilburr on winning with her specially defensive Togedemaru.
Now, let's take a look at the extremely high-profile Pokemon we'll be making our victim this week...
Considered by some to be the best Pokemon in the tier, Noivern combines a solid offensive presence, longevity and great utility with its amazing Speed stat in order to cause teambuilders massive headaches. How will you stop Noivern from blowing your team away?
Even though Taunt can prevent Milotic to use Toxic or Recover, Milotic does force Noivern to switch out : on the one hand, Milotic Ice Beam always OHKO Noivern without any hp investment, on the other hand Noivern is not even close to be able to 2HKO Milotic, even with Hurricane. All that makes Milotic an effective counter to Noivern.
252 SpA Noivern Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 36+ SpD Milotic: 127-150 (32.2 - 38%) -- 1.3% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Noivern Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 36+ SpD Milotic: 29-35 (7.3 - 8.8%) -- possibly the worst move ever
252 SpA Noivern Hurricane vs. 252 HP / 36+ SpD Milotic: 108-127 (27.4 - 32.2%) -- 57.5% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Milotic Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Noivern: 312-368 (100.3 - 118.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Gigalith @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Rock Blast
- Toxic
How no one chose this before me? I will never know. This is THE Noivern counter of the tier. Gigalith was one of the easiest picks here just due to how it is. A rock type resists its flying stab, along with boosting its special defense. It tanks a Draco Meteor like a champ and pretty much always forces out Noivern unless it wants to get killed by rock stab. Gigalith is the best noivern counter we have in UU right now.
Super self explanatory check here but Scarf Gardevoir outspeeds and always OHKOs Noivern in order to revenge kill it. If you like to play aggressively it eats a couple of Flamethrowers as well though I would not fully advise for that unless you somehow lack the counterplay against this pseudo S rank.
is a check to Noivern as it can come in a few times on Flamethrower and is capable of OHKOing it in the process with its
Coverage-Option in Ice beam. But Draco Meteor has a chance to kill Inteleion too therefore switching Inteleon on a Draco Meteor is risky,
but in overall Inteleon is a good check and can revengekill Noivern very easily with Ice Beam.
Calcs:
252 SpA Inteleon Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Noivern: 456-540 (146.6 - 173.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Noivern Flamethrower vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Inteleon: 57-67 (20.2 - 23.7%) -- 59.3% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Noivern Draco Meteor vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Inteleon: 246-291 (87.2 - 103.1%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
