I meant faster then Poli/T-Tar/Ninetails and its 100 base speed should be decent if maxed out speed on jolly. It might be outspeed though, although it can only be outspeed by pokemon either

Being Toxic Spikes weak means Donphan really isn't that great a rapid spinner unless paired with a poison type, which you lack. Furthermore, your team lacks the ability to reliably check Thundurus. I suggest using a Starmie, who has Natural Cure to heal itself of status, and can really abuse Deoxys-S's entry hazards. It can also defeat most spinblockers one on one, thats never a bad thing.

Looks to be a pretty well thought out team. Instead of Fire Punch on Deoxys-S, I would recommend taunt. Conkeldurr and Volcarona being on your team render Gyro Ball Ferrothron a non issue. Taunt allows Deoxys-s to set up spikes and what not without the opponent doing the same. Also, the Ice Beam on Latios is a bit redundant, since it already has Draco Meteor. I would recommend replacing it with HP fire for Scizor and Ferrothorn, who would otherwise walk all over you. Good Luck!

Absoluty not, while Starmie is an excellent spinner I already have a huge dragon weak and Starmie ir probably OHKO´d by Haxorus or Latios.

@ Angel Eyes, I was already considering myself that option..... sort of. I will probably replace Surf with HP Fire as it brings me no extra coverage.
