Actually is empowering just making an ability stronger? Phoopes just made it so Psy's ability went through on Bliz I assume, but wouldn't stop if from being blocked, so they could have been RBed too ig?

empowered means you cant be blocked, redirected, delayed

empower means your action will land on target basically and cant be disrupted, its like imagine if the bullet is flying, forces stopping the moving bullet wont work, but it can be stopped on hit by example a doctor

so like shock wave in pokemon, it will hit but can be prevented by protection (like protect or detect)

To be 100% clear since there seems to be some confusion (which may have been cleared up?):

I used my role on psy.
This means that psy's action CANNOT be redirected. It can be blocked (but it seemingly wasn't).
Thus, since psy's action did not fail, that means that if he targeted Bliz as claimed, the action would've went through on Bliz, and would not have been redirected onto anyone else.

Is that clear

Celever if a role existed that made abilities used on a certain person a , also effect those targetting them b

at what priority would an empower targetting a, kick in and spread to b, if a was also on target redirected

Tommy I think you're town but I feel like I've seen you make the "I'm too smart to make mistakes like this" defense before and like I get you're experienced and all but no one is flawless lol.

I do think the "I haven't even reached my final form yet" claim that you get more shit as the game goes on is interesting tho

i can accept i make mistakes but this would be like a chess 2000 elo getting scholar's mate cheesed, its a very basic i would never in any world do this

if i was targetting an player i was being redirected off, and also targetting them made me empowered, would the empower then empower me through the redirect or would the redirect take me off the empower buff
