SPOILERS! Wonder Trades

I received a near-perfect (missing only Attack) Timid Japanese Ralts with Destiny Bond and Shadow Sneak recently. I can only assume that the reason it was sent off was because it happens to be a male and the person wanted a female. I've also added an Elegant pattern Vivillon to my collection...and a third Modern pattern while unloading Ferroseed spitbacks. And a pretty good Lotad and a Lilipup from the Friend Safari.

Just this morning I received a 5IV Modest Japanese Magnemite, though its Speed falls in the 28-29 range. Considering I lack a magical 6IV Ditto at the moment, this will do nicely for Magnezone.

Okay, I just traded off my last Ferroseed...and received a SHINY Snivy from the Unova region, though it only has Sp. Def.

Some cool/weird things that i've recieved from wondertrade over the past two days or so while wondertrading away froakie that i'm getting trying to masuda Added what i got along with their OTs just for fun (although a lot of them are japanese lol)

100% perfect modest japanese sap sipper goomy: I really don't see a reason why you'd throw this away o_O. guess someone was just really generous lol. It was level 39 too, so it wasn't a newly hatched spare perfect or anything.

OT: something japanese i can't type out on my keyboard ;-;.

Japanese Female Bold Regenerator Slowpoke with 3 perfect IVs: damn good breeding fodder if i ever want a slowbro

OT: something japanese that i can't type on my keyboard.

4v jolly japanese meditite: def worth breeding for mega medi later imo lol.

OT: something japanese that i can't type on my keyboard.

0/31/31/31/31/0 brave female HA female scrafty with intimidate and the egg moves fake out, drain punch, and detect: once again something that'll be worth breeding later :]

OT: John

3v timid japanese eevee: i guess this might be cool if i want a jolteon later ?_? (fuk hidden power tho)

OT: something japanese that i can't type on my keyboard

5v Jolly Rattata with Flame Wheel and Reversal: sadly the missing IV is attack and raticate isn't exactly the most viable Pokemon, but at the very least i can finally have a top percentage rattata to call my very own (with a little bit of breeding ofc).

OT: Karley

3v Korean Quiet Honedge: Shiny Crumbler from masuda yn

OT: something korean that i can't type on my keyboard

Level 100 japanese salamence: no competitive value but pro

OT: something japanese that i can't type on my keyboard

Prankster Copycat Roar Riolu: too bad that doesn't work anymore ;-;. still cool tho

OT: something japanese that i can't type on my keyboard

2v French Adamant Cubone: good starting breeder if i ever want a marowak for some reason, idk if i'll ever use it tho

OT: Ash

5v female Snorunt with Spikes: this'd be pretty much a free competitive froslass if it wasn't bold, nothing an everstone can't fix though. Could work as a glalie too i guess but if i wanted a glalie ingame it'd have moody, while this sadly has ice body.

OT: Clarine

5v Adamant Shellder: sadly the imperfect iv is in special defense instead of special attack, but that's nothing a little breeding can't fix. I don't like cloyster though :(.

OT: Pink

5v Modest Japanese Eevee: Not bad at all imo, the missing iv is speed, but like ive said multiple times before that's easily fixed by breeding.

OT: something japanese that i can't type on my keyboard

OT: something japanese that i can't type on my keyboard

A luvdisc named poooooooooooo: rofl

My wonder trade karma is pretty terrible. I usually flood out my near-perfect breeding pokemon I have no use for, but are still pretty nice, and in return I get bunnelbys and whatnot, so I just don't wonder trade anymore.

Just a couple days ago, I put out a perfect HA abra just to feel good about myself and I got.... A caterpie. That was where I drew the line.

I haven't got a Bunnelby in ages, I have got about 2 trillion Charmander though. I'm sick of their cute little face.

Never have I seen a pokemon quickly go from the embodiment of nostalgic epicness to something of a white elephant gift akin to a box of copier paper deceptively wrapped up than charmander.

On the flipside, I was pretty darn excited to get a 4IV huge power bunnleby on wonder trade a few days ago. It's all about perspective.

Got a female Japanese Modest Psyduck in a Lure Ball the other day, IVs are 31/31/31/31/x/31 with four egg moves. Unfortunately, that's about the only good thing think I've gotten besides a Rash hex flawless Klefki I got about a month ago (<_<).

Sounds like a lot of people posting recently have had some bad luck. I've gotten so many good things from wonder trade, I almost always wonder trade my spitbacks. Every pokemon that I get from wonder trade that's level 1 goes to the Kiloude city stat checker to check for perfect stats. That's how I got started breeding a couple of my favorite Battle Spot pokemon, including my mawile (I got a Japanese one with thunder fang, fire fang, and sucker punch on it), my rough skin garchomp, and my bisharp (sucker punch). I've gotten dex fillers back when I still needed them, a few good ditto, including a perfect HP imposter ditto that I use when I feel like playing with gimmicks (I don't breed with them since I have a pokebanked perfect ditto to breed with).

More than that, I actually use the poke miles I accumulate by wonder trading. If you go to the pokemon global link, you can use the poke miles to play games for evolution items, or (more what I do with them) to buy rare candies. They're pretty expensive (250 poke miles per rare candy), but that's the most convenient way I've found to collect them, and I wasn't going to use those poke miles anywhere else anyways.

Please for my sanity stop sending Charmander, Froakie, Ralts and Honedge. Is 1 million of each not enough? I'd even prefer Bunnelby at this point.

I...might be guilty of sending ralts, lol. I know what you mean about charmander and froakie, though. Oftentimes I get ones that don't even have a beneficial nature, let alone egg moves or good IVs.

I've been getting Mudkip and Treecko lately... I'm done sending out Charmander unless I REALLY want to try again to get Solar Power on it. Still, I wish people would do everyone a favor and release the poor Luvdisc they caught just to get a Heart Scale from - or stop trying to catch them in general.

Yeah Compound Eyes Theif works much quicker than catching them. Unless it's a shiny I don't want to see it lol.

Been sending out 5 IV Snorlax hopefully people like that.

ADD EEVEE TO THIS LIST. I'm seriously so sick of receiving Eevees: it's a shame that even the 5IV ones I get aren't entirely usable because Eevee needs tutor moves, HA, or the correct combination of egg moves in order to be useful. I suspect people are spamming them because the casuals get off on shiny Eevees and try to breed them en masse.

But yeah. Charmander and Froakie are among the worst offenders I've been seeing.

I was giving away Dream Ball Eevees yesterday with HA. I guess those are better.

Thanks to someone on the site, I now have the Lansat, Starf & Enigma berries. I'm planning to grow a bunch of them then send them off into Wonder Trade.

I've had the worst luck with Wonder Trade lately. On the plus side, I find that there is always something being generous: if Wonder Trade is a bust, I can find some GTS steals, and vice versa. Wonder Trade me all the Bunnelby and Pikachu you want. . . I'll bask in the glory that is Male Gastly for Articuno and Clauncher for Lugia (seriously).

When I was dex filling and almost done, I was sending off non-competitive legendaries (non-RNG'ed thundurus, articuno, etc) for regular pokemon on GTS because I wanted them NOW and I was soo close to almost DONE...prolly made a few kids' days there.

Well, one of my friends said he found a shiny 6 IVs Timid Palkia caught at level 1, probably @ the Arceus event of Sinjoh Ruins. I thought that was impossible to RNG. Must be hacked.

Best I ever got on Wonder trade was a 4IV Timid Froakie from Japan, I got a few more as well, not as well IVd but with 2 perfect at least; Wonder Trade just seems to be the 'not perfect enough IV bin'. All male though so... Not the most helpful at this point. XD
I also got a shiny Roselia, I never got a chance to check the IVs since I traded it almost straight after, I don't remember what for. Personally, I just breed Phiones, not the most spectacular mons to give away but it's a (semi)legendary at least so it could be worse. I'm not cheap!...

Around Midnight, I sent out a batch of Zubat I bred. The first one I sent out got traded to someone named Cooper, who sent over a 4IV Adamant Shinx with Howl, Double Kick, and Fire and Ice Fang...and holding an Enigma Berry. That certainly made my night.
