So it was pointed out to me that Belgium wasn't handled quite fairly. It had been included in Southern Europe separate from The Netherlands and Luxembourg even though they are generally kept together with institutions like the Benelux. This is fair, Belgium should've been included in Northern Europe, and I've fixed this and updated the map. Apologies to our two Belgian signups.
