Does Kyurem-B have any hope of being approved? I might as well ask before starting it so I don't break the world record for a rejected analysis like Metagross rip living computer

Actually, the final stamp follows the write-up of the analysis. This changed in the OU QC process recently, but our process remains the same it has been all generation.

CarbonTheSecond are you available to finish the analysis sometime soon or can we pass it on to LustrousPalkia ?
 
Note these need doing imo: Salamence (reserving right now)/Heatran/Chesnaught (basically skarm but better by a lot)/Celebi (cleric that beats groudon and checks kyogre)/Flareon (cleric, not gar weak, solid xern check, a bit of a 4MSS but viable imo, tho like C- Rank I guess but I have at least 2 teams with it on)

What was the other mon used in the core with Salamence in the battle Kebabe vs. BKC?

I love to see variety in this tier, but what makes you so sure that these can get QC passed when not even Omastar did. Their greatest advantage seems to be in exploiting the fact that your opponents are not prepared for them, meaning that the act of giving them analyses would cause them to loose some of this, if not all of this advantage.

Celebi is a poor check to Specs Ogre unless there is something that I am missing since Celebi is basically forced to run 248 HP max SpD and is still out-sped and 2HKOed by Timid Specs Ogre. You can run some speed creep to beat Timid Ogre but then you take a bit more from Spout; still a 2HKO and 1v1 you can damage Ogre to the point where Spout won't do much, the problem is that no matter what you won't be able to (or won't want to) switch in especially if Ogre is Modest.
 
Celebi is a check to specsogre but you need waterceus/palk/gira-a/gastro paired with it. You also have stealth rock, perish song, etc.

Also an offensive set might be viable with webs.

Also mence is legit cos beats mega blaze + wishpass basically is unique. And band ho-oh can only 2HKO it in the sun, and only if it gets a burn (unless like HP Ice which is not a thing). Don't underrate mence. Flareon will be harder to push.
