Let there be Terrakion!
What I have used:
Terrakion (M) @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Protect
- Swords Dance
For those of you that played bw (mainly bw1) OU, you should be familiar with this set. Essentially, Protect Terrakion scouts what the opponent is locking into, which is great against the myriad of offensive Choiced Pokemon in this metagame. If the opponent locks into a move that is going to hit Terrakion hard, proceed to switch out accordingly. If they overpresict, proceed to smash something and/or sweep. It also has the niche of luring in Medicham and protecting on HJK (although sometimes it Bullet Punches, still notable). Finally, with the dual STABS Terrakion has, it really doesn't need CB too often (some 2hkos are now missed, granted) and protect can kill opposing momentum and take advantage of any over predicts with a likely kill, breaking the game open for you.
PS: Scarf Healing Wish Rachi will be cool.
