Heyy, so I have a question...do we HAVE to have an OU in our team? I'm just asking because I had team with 3 BLs in it, and then I put an OU in it, but now the team is doing much worse.

Of course not. Read the rules, you can replace an OU with a BL or UU or NU, you can replace a BL with a UU or NU and you can replace a UU with a NU.
