In my opinion, if you opt to do Rain Dance support sets for pretty much any non-water pokemon, you either include them on all of their respective analysis or put them all in other options. Zapdos does have his perks as a Rain Dancer, even moreso than Crobat simply because Zapdos can STAB Thunder to go with it, but I guess its best for other options because I didn't include it in the Crobat revamp either. But that is my opinion regarding Rain Dance. I guess exceptions can apply like Scizor, who is a fantastic Rain Dancer for scaring off two of the three annoying auto-weather pokemon, but mostly that's my take on it. You would actually be surprised at how many things can learn Rain Dance and could actually make odd use of it (Steelix.... wtf?).

<p>With a specially defensive spread, Zapdos can come in on many common sleep inducers with very little risk, making Sleep Talk a great option. The list includes Yanmega, Gengar, Milotic, Roserade, Bronzong, and Breloom (watch out for the occasional Stone Edge, though). If Sleep Talk doesn't appeal to you, a support move such as Reflect, Roar, or Toxic can work in that slot; Light Screen gets special mention as it can work to sponge special attacks even better. Roost is Zapdos's best option for healing, as it is a quite reliable method of recovery. </p>

Zapdos doesn't learn Reflect.

<p>Zapdos's best way of annoying the opponent is stalling them out with Substitute and Roost when Toxic Spikes are up, and it does quite a good job at it. The primary aim of this set is to be used in conjunction with Toxic Spikes and rack up poison damage on Zapdos' usual switch-ins. This includes Sleep Talk Heatran, non-Cleric Blissey, Snorlax, and Tyranitar. It is similar to Sleep Talk Zapdos but more reliable; Substitute and Roost used wisely will keep you at high health while blocking status.</p>

Immune to TS, so I don't quite know why that's listed in there. You make it seem like you can outstall Heatran with Poison damage. Also, the majority of Snorlax (61%) carry Rest, so you're not beating them with TS either. I'd make more of a point about wasting your opponent's PP with Pressure, myself. That appears to be the most annoying aspect of this set.
