Zygarde @ Leftovers
Ability: Power Construct
EVs: 16 HP / 224 Atk / 36 Def / 232 Spe
Impish Nature
- Thousand Arrows
- Dragon Dance
- Substitute
- Dragon Tail

Zygarde can complete your team with this offensive set! Substitute works well with Power Construct, reducing Zygarde's HP into activation range and blocking status moves. In its Complete forme, Zygarde can easily set up on defensive Ho-Oh and Necrozma-DM when behind Substitute, as the defensive EV investment means its Substitute will never be broken by Brave Bird from the former or Sunsteel Strike from the latter. Dragon Tail may seem an odd choice, but the Speed EVs allow Zygarde-C to outspeed all Eternatus after one Dragon Dance boost, meaning boosted Zygarde-C will always be able to phaze Dragon Tail Eternatus first. Specially defensive Ferrothorn can check Xerneas and Kyogre and set up Spikes for Zygarde, helping wear down grounded switch-ins. Eternatus can also check Kyogre while supporting Zygarde's sweep with Toxic Spikes, putting a timer on foes. Clerics such as Calyrex-S and Xerneas are good teammates, as Zygarde is greatly harmed if it takes Toxic poison or burn when switching in.

You'd better be on your guard when you face Zygarde! Dragon Dance makes Thousand Arrows even harder to switch into. Substitute works well with Power Construct, reducing Zygarde's HP into activation range and blocking status moves. In its Complete forme, Zygarde can easily set up on defensive Ho-Oh and Necrozma-DM when behind Substitute, as the defensive EV investment means its Substitute will never be broken by Brave Bird or Sunsteel Strike, respectively. If you can fit a sentence about T-Spikes being good with Zygarde then it's perfect. If you can't, it's fine to move into GP as is. 1/1
