Super Sticky Web : Creates an entry hazard on the opponent's side of the field. Upon entry, the Pokémon will have all of their stats reduced by 1 stage (except acc and eva). The only Pokémon that can USE this move are the first stage in the evolutionary line of all Pokémon that can already learn Sticky Web.

Also I forgot to mention it also affects ungrounded Pokémon and since it's so sticky you need to Rapid Spin/Defog twice to remove it and Court Change just can't move it lol :J
