Yeah, I like it too, but I think that it would look better with a white spiral instead of a black one. Up to you, though.

I tried the white spiral, didn't work very well, unfortunately :/ I think a better spriter than myself could make it work, though.

I'm new to spriting pokemon (just started today), but my efforts are shown under my name. They're like the sun and moon versions of togepi (used shiny solrock and shiny umbreon, respectively).

Looking at all of your sprites, it seems I have long way to go.

First of all Moon Leaf SAVE THEM IN PNG FORMAT. Without png, sprites have horrible quality.

I like the voltorb+drapion+charmander one, try darkening the orange tones on voltorb itself to give it a more thorough color scheme.

How's that? I know there isn't much difference, should I make it a bigger contrast?

I think that you should lessen the contrast and take the oranges from the tail and recolor the voltorb with them. It might make the lighting a little weird though.

umm... i'm really only used to running a sprite shop so i only have a spriting worksheet and a few scattered tidbits of things that aren't on my spritesheet, but i want to take requests, so if anyone likes what i have I'd love to make a sprite for them. i'd suggest PMing your requests though since I can't keep up with this sort of thread.
