Hey, PM actions for ASM. Since its solo exploration, it doesn't hurt you not to, but it is to your benefit as it will grant you more rounds of exploration time.

Nope, you are only allowed to make substitutions against specific attacks, in this case you get two substitutions so can cover two different attacks. You also couldn't change your actions to use Protect and put in a sub that for instance said IF (not targeted) THEN (attack). Its much like how IF (Physical Attack) THEN (Counter) is illegal.
Yeah.. "If targeted by an attack" is an extremely illegal sub for Regice. You will need to change that.
Please note that the Glyph of Rock Slide got a minor buff. Now it also raises the base power of Rock Slide by (1).

It's in the DAT thread under the mon data. There's a specific section for CAP Capture rates.
I thought I should tell you that IRC rules that something like Faint Attack + Focus Punch activates the Faint Attack substitution. I just thought I should give you the option to change because I had hitherto reffed it differently. -
