    Sorry, I think I explained wrong.
    I use RSEdecoder to know the excact iv's and hidden power.
    But I use PokeRNG to find my frame/seed.

    I think there isn't any other way to find your seed (RNG reporter doesn't even find half of what PokeRNG finds)

    PokeRNG usualy takes me 3-5 minutes to find my frame btw.
