All of the Pokemon are reserved, so you can't. But, if any Pokemon get free they will be mentioned to be open for reservation.

EDIT: all of the QC check are done for Parasect and its now being written up.

Where did you notice it was free? There aren't unreserved Pokemon.

And Slaking was deemed unviable in OU so there won't be an OU analysis for it.
