Hmm... I was using Metalkid's Damage Calculator and it said a Gengar with a neutral nature and barely 179ish attack could do 53% mininum to a 252/252 HP and Defense Blissey. This can't be right, can it? Can someone go onto shoddy to test this out with me or can someone tell me that I'm not crazy?

No, You cannot aquire Gligar w/out trading in D/P. Unless you Pal Park him from a Previous Game.

You can't synchronize legendaries, right?

Yes, Everstones still work, but you cannot synchronise Legendaries in Emmie, but you can Synch everything else

179 Atk Focus Punch vs 252/252 Bold Blissey = 42-49%

What exactly does the Berserk Gene do?

It sharply raises your attack as soon as the Pokemon is sent out, but it also confuses you. In a way, it's just like using Swagger on yourself.
