Today, I noticed that there's something wrong with the replays. Like, seriously wrong. They're practically unwatchable.

Here's a random replay of mine. Right from the beginning, I see this mass of text:

hey, I have an issue where I had a battle with a zoroark. I know the beginning of the forum said something about talking about zorua and zoroark, but its an issue. An opponents Zoroark outsped my gengar and killed it with knock off, and so i assumed it was scarfed, but then it switched up its moves. I spoke to my oponent afterwards and the EV's prove gengar was faster, he had 339 speed, I had 350, except zoroark was disguised as a pokemon faster then gengar, a scarfed heatran. Whats up with that.. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ubers-453768950 Heres the replay. Basically I believe that the simulator is confusing zoroark for the scarf heatran which essentially gave Zoroark the boost of the scarf without its consequence of being locked into a move. This is an obviuos problem so it shouldn't be ignored. I lost the battle by losing gengar since it otherwise outsped. No quick claw activated and showdown did not mess up the EV's because I immidiately checked it in the teambuilder afterwards and the speed was still 350

All pokemon in that team except for Mega Latias hold Red Card. Team is based around shuffling enemies around. Hippowdon, released right before turn 3, got hit by Ice Punch, was NOT KO'd, was NOT Frozen... and yet did not held Red Card up. This resulted in enemy shuffling once, not twice.

It's not a bug, it's just a weird mechanic. Nidoking has Sheer Force, which for some reason has the side effect of causing its secondary effect moves to not activate red card.

There is a glitch with the interaction of U-Turn and eject button. When a person uses U-Turn on a Pokemon with eject button the opponent will then switch like they are suppose to, but then the person who used U-Turn will be required to switch and use up their next turn on the switch instead of switching that same turn.

Replay showing the example:

Not a glitch; this is the in-game mechanic.

Wanted to report a bug with the team validator.

Due to how Tyrogue evolves, in-game it is impossible to get a Bold Hitmonlee at level 21 with an Attack IV of 0 and a Defense IV of 30 or 31. It is also impossible to get a bold one at level 20 with an Attack IV of 0 or 1 and a defense IV of 30 or 31. (This is also true for Hitmonchan, simply swap defense and attack) Normally Tyrogue's evolution can be influenced at higher levels with EV spreads, however at those low levels not even a spread of 252 in the lower stat and 0 in the higher stat is enough to offset the difference provided by its Nature and IVs.

Also you should remove HP Fighting from the learnsets of all gen 6 legendaries and babies.

A game mechanic is missing from this site. When a Pokemon uses Roost (typically a Flying Pokemon) they become vulnerable to Ground type moves until they attack again. In the match I'm sharing a Moltres used Roost against my Snorlax. Naturally Moltres is faster, but I then paralysed it with Body Slam. On the next turn my Snorlax now having the speed advantage went first, so I used Eathquake. With the Moltres having used Roost the previous turn it was still in a vulnerable state until it moved again. It still said Moltres was immune. Skip to around turn 16 http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/randombattle-456093346

When using /analysis with the optional format parameter, the links it generates are broken. Specifically, all the URLs in www.smogon.com/dex use underscores in the format names, and occasionally use abbreviations (such as "bh"), but the links generated always use the full names with no underscores.

During the first turn got hit with sleep powder on Sawbuck with Sap Sipper and did not get the stat boost. I'm thinking this is a bug with the grass immunity set first before Sap Sipper as in the case as http://pokemon-online.eu/threads/8073/ . Sorry if this question has been answered but its not very clear from Bulbapedia and this link... (I tried asking the general chat and the user of which I was battling but since they presented no conclusive evidence... Sorry if they were right.......)

It is as you said: Sleep powder should've raised the attack stat of the Sawsbuck (unless sleep powder missed, which it didn't as shown by the "it doesn't affect Sawsbuck" message). If you're ever unsure about whether there's a bug with the PS mechanics or not, try testing them on a copy of X/Y/OR/AS and see if it's different from how they work on PS.

Edit: BTW, welcome to Smogon!

This was probably my fault from when I was fixing Overcoat to activate properly, and I've submitted a fix which should take effect on or before the next restart. (Unlike Overcoat, Sap Sipper needs to activate before the Grass-type immunity takes effect.)

So I think I found something funky with TurboBlaze (or I am being an idiot, not sure which, please tell me if I am). Neither of us could work out how it happened.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/randombattle-458056732

T16 I paralyzed the foes Malamar with Thunderbolt from Gothitelle.
T17 He used Trick Room (which should make him go first 100% of the time considering he's paralyzed)
T18 and T19 he moves before Tornadus correctly, with T18 showing the fully Paralyzed message.
T19 I switch in Choice Scarf Kyurem-W, knowing at this point I am pretty likely to lose the match. TurboBlaze activates.
T20 I use Fusion Flare before he can use Super Power, even though I am significantly slower under the effects of trick room (or at least I should be). And there are no other speed modifiers apart from him being paralyzed and me being scarfed.

I'm pretty sure TurboBlaze shouldn't negate Trick Room's effect. It only affects opponents abilities? Shouldn't effect field moves at all. TurboBlaze can apparently block Contrary from activating (I presume to block Stat Ups when accidentally applying Stat downs as secondary effects?), so I wonder if that is involved? He was going to use Superpower and I was using Fusion Flare. Both normal priority moves.

I suppose it could've been a misclick, where he clicked Trick Room when he meant to do Superpower.

Kyurem-B didn't get confused after it finished using Outrage

This specific Outrage was randomly set to last three hits, and since the disruption happened on the second hit, not the third, then Kyurem-B didn't become confused afterwards. If this Outrage as set to two hits, then Kyurem-B would've indeed been confused if the disruption happened on the second hit.

I hope this clears it out.

Thank you.
