Hi, I lost this battle but something was wrong:

Zoroark shows as Weawile but after there are 2 Weawile + Zoroark (and Palkia not shown in the list).
I don't know whether this bug is actually known to the developers, but I've seen this before; it happens when a Zoroark (or theoretically any Pokemon with an active Illusion) switches out to the Pokemon it's still disguised as in formats without team preview.
 
In G/S, Present has bugged damage calculation. In particular, the Attack is always 10, and the Defense and Level variables are dependent on the secondary type of the attacking and defending Pokemon, respectively. This glitch was fixed in Crystal, which Showdown uses the mechanics of. However, Crystal lets the glitch happen in link battles to prevent desyncs, even with another Crystal cartridge. Source:

*The Bug: Rayquaza´s Air Lock of my oponent was blocking delta stream of my mega rayquaza, I defeated his rayquaza in that turn, it was suposed to stop Air Lock in that turn, but it did´nt, so it was a bug or mistake of the programation, I think...

Air Lock's purpose is to negate any effects from weather condition, may it be from Snow Warning, Drought, Drizzle, Desolate Land, Primordial Sea or even Delta Stream (and the appropriate weather moves).

Now, if by "blocking Delta Stream" you meant it wasn't activated at all (the mysterious air current didn't set in), that would indeed be an issue to look after. Otherwise, everything's fine.
 
Yeah, there's a bug I've been getting with the Pokemon Showdown Client recently. Only happens when I'm in Teambuilder.

It seems to happen at random when I'm in teambuilder, but occasionally, no matter what I click, whether it's the little X to close the TB tab, the button to go back to Team or List, or even just select the move of a pokemon, instead of doing what it should, Pokemon Showdown will just close, as though I had turned off the program. Even worse, whatever team I was working on at the time gets completely deleted.
I don't know if others have been getting this, but I've had to re-make several teams because of this bug.

Endless battle clause was triggered prematurely due to full para and truant activating in 5 consecutive alternating turns (starting turn 71). Obviously not really a problem in this case, but this does mean it could potentially happen erroneously in a 1v1 match of Ditto vs. Body Slam Slaking, for example.

I'm pretty sure endless battle clause triggers after a certain number of turns without pp / HP loss. Getting enough para + loaf turns in a row procced it here, I think.

I was in an AG tournament in the spanish room and when i try to use an ubers team this poped out: - You sent invalid team data. If you're not using a custom client, please report this as a bug.

There wasn't any tour ban and i did use the same team in the Ubers ladder without any problem, that's the first time that this happends to me.

There's a bug relating to the move Grudge. I don't know if it can be really called a bug though. From Bulbapedia - When Grudge is used, if the user faints as the direct result of an attack, the move which causes the user to faint will lose all of its PP. But I noticed that after opponent faints and the user loses all PP of the said move, the sim shows there are PP left. In my case it was Play Rough and it was showing that there were still 15/16 PP left instead of 0/16.

But I don't think this will help. It happened at turn 8 and after that. It was showing Omastar has -43 moves remaining.

I downloaded the replay as the error/bug is not showing in that link cause you are not shown anything when you hover over Pokemon so if it helps please PM me I will send you the file as an attachment.

Was in a room when I saw a friend came online. I said hi and got no response. I eventually checked his status, and it said he was offline, yet the userlist still showed him being online. Got confirmation from others that they had the same thing happening.

As it's seen in turn 28, Crunch dropped Blissey's defense, while it should drop Special Defense instead (in ADV). Somebody reported that Crunch also drops Defense in GSC while it should drop SpDef as well.

In this one, when my Metagross receives the Spore, it isn't shown that it ate the Lum Berry, while showing: ate its ! instead. I made another tests with different berries and all the others showed.

i was rejected when trying to enter a 2nd generation OU pokemon battle with this marowak:
"Your team was rejected for the following reasons: - Marowak's past gen egg moves Rock Slide, Swords Dance do not have a valid father. (Is this incorrect? If so, post the chainbreeding instructions in Bug Reports)"

isn't this wrong?
I checked, and you can breed this moveset from a Charizard who has learned swordsdance in gen 1, and rockslide in gen 2...

It validated when I tried it, but I only entered Marowak, Rock Slide and Swords Dance. What was the rest of the set?
 
There's a minor issue in Custom Games. Basically, if you have multiple of a move and use up one of them, the PP of the other two moves won't go down. This then leads to having negative PP when hovering over the Pokemon. I could also use it more than the amount of times alotted (that is, if I did my math correctly).

This was done in [Gen 1] Custom game testing for Spc drop with Psychic on another Psychic-type. Psychic was used 32 (technically 33, but the 33rd killed it) times and none of them ever dropped Spc

Related to Dot Agumon's post, I believe there is a bug regarding the move Psychic in gen 1 (random battle). It does not seem to be able to cause special fall anymore.
In two separate games, Psychic was unable to cause any special drops after using 16 PP each. This does have implications in gen 1 random battle and is not a minor issue.
