I was about to Disallow on all three, but Disable has the ability to only switch pokemon. With Trick, this pokemon can be a Special sweeper/Revenge Killer with the ability to permanently incapacitate a wall. That's counter-conceptual. Hypnosis is similar. Disable is better.

Hypnosis' shaky accuracy would only lend itself to a Hone Claws set, which probably wouldn't be as popular.
After some thinking, despite being able to Trick items other than Choice items onto something, there's still the issue of encouraging Specs sets too much.
