CAP 12 CAP1 - Part 8.5 - (Pre-Evo Poll 1)

Welcome, one and all, to the newest stage of our wonderful CAP process, the pre-evo stage run by CAP1's ATL. This stage is where we decide how many pre-evos CAP1 will get, if it gets any at all. Now that the art is decided, we can decide this as a community by poll. This is a bold poll that has the following three options available; do not bold any other text in your vote.

These options correspond to the number of pre-evos you think CAP1 should have. If CAP1 ends up having a pre-evo, the process for the pre-evo will continue throughout the rest of the CAP, otherwise it ends with this poll. Note that there's really no discussion to be had here, as a discussion thread would just go back and forth for a day with nothing really gained from it. That's why it goes right to poll. This is a purely flavor poll, CAP1's pre-evos will be banned during playtest, so don't assume anything competitive from this.
