Numel's KOC goes to EC. Learns Earth Power, Yawn, and Earthquake. (1 MC)

Houndoom learns Roar at level 13. But here I purchased Roar for my Houndoom as a TM when he already knew it automatically. Refunding the 2 MC and Houndoom uses them to learn Torment (2 MC).
