Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Krilowatt:
MC:4+1-5=0
Krilowatt uses its single KOC as CC, and he uses 4 MC to buy Dive (Past Gen Tutor) and Guillotine (Level-Up).
Porygon2:
EC:8+1=9/9
MC:4-4=0
AC:4+1=5/5
Porygon2 maxed out EC and AC, evolving into Porygon-Z and unlocking Analytic. Porygon-Z learns Trick Room and Nasty Plot for free as Pre Lv. 26 Level-Up moves. Porygon-Z uses 4 MC to buy Shock Wave (Past Gen TM) and Signal Beam (Post Lv. 25 Level-Up).
Water STAB: Ignores arena restrictions on Water attacks that require an external water source. Evasive Diving reduced from 6 per action Energy Cost to 5 per action.
Psychic STAB: Can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Abilities::
Oblivious; Passive: This Pokemon is incapable of being affected by Attract, Cute Charm, Captivate, or Taunt.
Own Tempo; Passive: This Pokemon moves at its own pace and when confused, it will never harm itself in confusion. If the Pokemon also has Tangled Feet, it will raise Accuracy by one (1) Stage.
Regenerator; Passive: When this Pokemon is switched out during a switch battle, it reacts to the energy in the Pokeball and (ten) 10 HP is restored. When this Pokemon Chills, it restores six (6) HP in addition to its 12 Energy. (H)

Claiming from this long ago Hall reffing, stockpiling the 9 UC to 232 total. Then I'm claiming Droy the Turtwig (2 CC) and Levy the Unown (7 CC).
CC: 25-2-7 = 16 UC: 223+9 = 232
Turtwig - Droy (M)
flavor text after approval
Nature: Sassy (+SpDef, -15% Speed, -10% Acc)
Type: Grass Type: Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed, Worry Seed, and all "Powder" based attacks (Poisonpowder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore). Unable to have Petal Dance disrupted by oncoming damage. Ignores Arena restrictions on Grass attacks requiring an external grass source. Bloom Command.
Bloom Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's "Grass," "Powder," and "Seed" status-moves will have fifteen (15) added points to their Base Accuracy (e.g. Grass Whistle goes from 55 Base Acc to 70 Base Acc). Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.
Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None
Abilities:
Ability 1: Overgrow
Type: Passive
When Droy's HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any grass attack is increased by two (2). (eg Giga Drain goes from 8 to 10, Solar Beam from 12 to 14)
Ability 2: Shell Armour (Hidden)
Type: Passive
Droy's thick body and craggy carapace prevents it from taking critical hits.
Type: Psychic Type: Psychic STAB; Levy's tome of spells enable her to lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Abilities:
Ability 1: Levitate
Type: Passive
Levy has a small magic rug, which floats above the earth when released or easily takes flight, evading the Ground moves Bulldoze, Earthquake, Fissure, and Magnitude. Earth Power will have three (3) less Base Attack Power. Dig and Dive can still strike her if their user is over Size Class 4, has Levitate, is 3.5m or larger, or is a Flying-type. Otherwise Dig and Dive will miss. Ground moves can still hit.

namemaker (keep in mind that you only get 1 CC for that match, not two; you have 4 CC stored so it's still okay but you'll have to use one of those 4 CC and be down to 3), Mulan15262, Rextreff, Avnomke, AWailOfATail, and ZhengTann (you should probably have the BRT for your Pokemon listed somewhere, also -Speed nature is -10% Eva, not -10% Acc) are APPROVED.
cbrevan, even with Exp. Share you only get 3 MC; standard rewards are 1 EC, 2 MC, and 1 AC, you only get 3 base MC if you have max EC and AC already, which P-2 clearly didn't. So the posted rewards of 1/3/1 were correct, and therefore you have once less MC to work with. Your two Ralts should each know Heal Pulse as a pre-level 25 move (They learn it at 23). Endure isn't a Gen 6 TM and thus can't be taken as a starting move; replace it with a Gen 6 TM. Whismur doesn't learn Thunderbolt, so you'll have to replace that as well. Your Porygon-Z actually already knows Trick Room, so there's no need to get it again as a pre-25 level move (and no you can't refund it because you bought Trick Room at a time when you couldn't learn it otherwise). NOT APPROVED until all of these are fixed.
SubwayJ, there's no link for that last claim. The other ones are fine, but NOT APPROVED until there's a link.
1.7 -> 0.7 UC
Claiming from here, I get 1 CC. Nightstrike the Honchkrow gets 4 MC, which grabs Steel Wing and Fly, both Gen 6 TMs. Scorchstrike the Charizard gets 4 MC and 1 KOC, which goes into MC for a total of 5, and he grabs Steel Wing and Focus Blast, also both Gen 6 TMs, and stocking 1 MC. I also have 7 CC, so I'll spend that and change his nature to Hasty.
Krilowatt:
MC:4+1-5=0
Krilowatt uses its single KOC as CC, and he uses 4 MC to buy Dive (Past Gen Tutor) and Guillotine (Level-Up).
Porygon2:
EC:8+1=9/9
MC:3-3=0
AC:4+1=5/5
Porygon2 maxed out EC and AC, evolving into Porygon-Z and unlocking Analytic. Porygon-Z learns Nasty Plot for free as Pre Lv. 26 Level-Up moves. Porygon-Z uses 3 MC to buy Shock Wave (Past Gen TM).
Achisuto the Smeargle learns the moves Lava Plume and Magma Storm from this battle, consuming two Sketches for them. Two of the earned MC will be spent regaining the consumed Sketches, and the other two will be spent, with one of the stockpiled MC, on the move Safeguard (from Hope the Chimecho).
Achisuto the Smeargle, Painter of Fate, Gracious Loser of Melees:
MC: 20 (Gains Lava Plume, Magma Storm, and Safeguard)
AC: 5/5
Kent began his life as a younger brother to Shelby, a worm who lives in a viola. However, Kent was forced to leave his brother, never to return. After experiencing significant physical changes (and possibly a trip through a time machine), he found Mowtom, and the two bonded quite well.
Types: Bug
Bug STAB; Adds an additional guaranteed attack on all multi-hit moves (does not include two hit moves) with a total hit cap of five (5).
Abilities:
Swarm / Shed Skin / No Guard (H)
When this Pokemon's HP is lower than 33% (flat), the Base Attack Power of any Bug-typed attack is increased by 2. (eg Silver Wind goes from 6 to 8, X-Scissor from 8 to 10)
This Pokemon regularly sheds its skin and any impurities contained in its body. If afflicted with a status condition, this Pokemon has a 33% chance of removing all status conditions at the end of a round.
cbrevan: You use 6 MC to buy 3 pokemon? I will assume you mean 6 CC. You should probably state you are using Krilowatt's KOC as CC BEFORE you buy 3 pokemon worth 6 CC while you only have 5 CC. Your 2nd Ralts should have 2 SpD, not 1 SpD. Fix this and you are Approved. Eternal Drifter: Approved. SubwayJ: Approved. Mowtom: A bit of advice. When you claim a pokemon, you should separate the movepool into Level Up, Egg, Tutor, and TM/HM. Just to make things easier on approvers. After approval, do whatever you wish with the movepool format/layout. Approvers really should never have to guess if you are claiming a move as level up, egg, tm/hm, tutor, or event. That being said, Approved.
Spending 13 UC as MC on Revenankh to purchase Power-Up Punch (XY TM/HM), Smack Down (XY TM/HM), Endure (Previous Generation Tutor), Knock Off (Previous Generation Tutor) and Pain Split (Previous Generation Tutor).
