I refuse to believe Milotic had more usage than Dragalge
Great to see we got Smeargle, chaps. I've finally wanted to use a dedicated web setter. I somehow feel what happened with Shuckle will happen here. (Y'all gonna bring Exploud checks, k?)

I think there's a mistake with the FU banlist. For example, why is Hippopotas banned if its PU usage is below 3.4%: | 70 | Hippopotas | 2.301% |
I believe the FU banlist is based on the normal 3-month tiering cycle, so the banlist should only differ from last month in the quick rises/drops. It looks like there might be an issue elsewhere with the stats though, so I'm investigating that now.
EDIT: Yep, I made a mistake. There's going to be a bit of a wait to regenerate the stats, sorry everyone.

To be honest I don't see how smeargle will be the new shuckle because it's super frail meaning it's forced to run a focus sash unlike shuckle which had sturdy and much better bulk which let it hold mental herb to dodge a taunt which smeargle can't accompolish.
I removed it from my post, since I made a significant error generating them. I'll post the correct stats as soon as they finish generating.

They're still generating. The ones I previously posted had an error that required me to regenerate them. I'll put them up as soon as they're finished, which will probably take a few days.
We will know in another day or two when the stats are done generating.
Why would you compare Raichu to Ambipom? Raichu is outclassed in NU, sure, but it's not unviable. Last I checked, Raichu was around C in the NU viability rankings. That's bad, but hey: Ambipom is completely unviable in RU. And it's still RU for some reason.
It was a joke anyways. And C rank is pretty close to unviable imo
