This is quite an overstatement, as Quagsire has a clear, defined role on the most popular stall build there is, as opposed to Zapdos, which is a more niche option for balance builds; you also have to take into account the fact that last month's usage took into account the Hoopa suspect where stall was extremely common, which inflated Quagsire's usage a ton.
Shaymin would drop if it's usage stays the same, it moved out of RU by usage during beta.
Also like 95% of the posts in here belong in a sqsa thread or a meta game thread…

The best fat mons in ru are definitely still here since we still have alomomola+registeel cores to bank on and everyone's running fat balances still, so that statement definitely isn't true.
Typhlosion was banned from NU so it won't drop. And yeah Ambipom and Cinccino should drop to NU

They're only not dropping 'cause their base forms have enough usage to stay up. In a theoretical world where Latias and Slowbro drop and their megas get banned, then they would be BL.

I've heard that if Typhlosion dropped, NU might re-suspect it
Technically Q10jj is correct, though the end result doesn't make a difference as far as relevant tier shifts go unless NU decides to retest it (while if Typh remains RU, NU cannot retest it).
Stuff like Mega Slowbro, Mega Latias, Mega Garchomp, and Mega Tyranitar cannot drop to BL since they need to be tested and banned from UU first (which is what defines a Pokemon in BL; Mega Medicham and Mega Gardevoir are still technically BL despite having reached OU status since their ban), which is impossible since their base formes have never even touched UU since their Mega's inception, which of course means the Mega cannot be tested in UU to be banned to BL. The 'Megas in BL' thing only applies if their base formes can be used in UU and below, such as Altaria, Gallade, Heracross, Pidgeot, etc; since their base formes are allowed in UU in below, the respective Mega Stones need to be banned to BL to prevent the Mega Pokemon from being used in those tiers.
I swear to Hugo, if Zapdos doesn't drop back to UU...
